Like their meals especially when the chef makes his delights. Ambience in the dinning area is so cool and really quiet for one seeking a quiet environment. Reception are is simple and has a nice sofa. Staff are friendly and eager to assist guests. Parking is free and limited though quite secure. They have standard hotel rooms and a nice swimming pool.

Rooms not well lit, corridor lights are always off. There was a rat in the restaurant. Not worth the money. Would not recommend to anyone.

A fairly good place. The conference rooms are next to a road, so there's noise from passing motor bikes and tuktuks. The services were good.

There is a solar heated pool and the food is delicious and fresh. Parking is available. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast.

Service was good. Rooms are OK. But the hot shower system doesn't work too well and the mosquito net could not fully cover the bed, without which you are guaranteed a sleepless night due to the barrage of mosquitoes.

GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY

We stayed at Bontana for four nights with my family of four. From outside appearance, the hotel looks very nice hence our expectations were a bit disappointed because the rooms were a bit small. However, the rooms were quite clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful with exceptional customer care. The meals were good at very reasonable price. The pool is heated and clean. There is sufficient parking space and our cars were cleaned every day. The hotel is strategically located in the town within short distance from many tourist sights in the East African Rift Valley. If not looking for luxury, this is a very good place to stay.
