The rooms are very small, which is common in Japan. Location is really good, for not being in the city centre. About 15-20 minutes with train and subway to Tokyo, closest station is Kasairinkaikoen on Keio line, about 1,3 km from the hotel, definitely walking distance. There is also a bus stop just outside of the hotel, bus 28 to the train station, just three stops away (200 Y, can be paid with suica-card). Some staff speak English, but for more complicated questions communication can be a little bit hard. Breakfast is OK. A few restaurants in the area, normal everyday places. Supermarket almost next door. The hotel seems popular with families visiting Disneyland!

The staff is very friendly and they speak English. The room I stayed in (Room 318) was set up for two people, but the room was small; this is typically what you'll find in Japan though. The room included an air conditioning unit and a 23 inch television. The private bathroom was nice and included a deep tub. The free WiFi was a huge bonus. This hotel is in a prime location to the bus line and Tokyo Disney. Please note, that there is no elevator in this hotel and that there is a flight of 12 steps in front of the only entrance to the hotel. If there is a handicap access point, I haven't found it yet. To sum it up, I had a good experience here and would consider staying here again.

建物自体は古いと思います。…ですが、綺麗で清潔です。
でも、残念な事に朝食のバイキングのおかずが少ないです。
炭水化物に炭水化物…みたいな感じです。
あと、就寝時に気になる騒音が聞こえます。
