Nice hotel and nice rooms but arriving as a group, dinner was a terrible experience. No food Many empty trays Our guide had to call management

Good hotel, service is great.
Breakfast at 14floor also pretty good, a decent variety of western and Japanese food.
Close to the train station, Matsumoto castle a bit future away but you can still walk there.response / report this review -

３月１６日のお昼に宴会の利用でした。宴会予約の小原さんと百瀬さんには大変御世話になりました。サービスの方々調理の方々にも御世話になりました。小学校の卒業式後の謝恩会でした。子供たちの思い出に残る日を盛大に祝うことが出来、記憶に残るでしょう。何年か後に大人になった子供達が又利用させていただくでしょう。幹事をした私の面子もたち大変感謝しております。ありがとうございました。

The hotel is pretty, the rooms are very small, which really shows that its main market are businessmen.
There's a very nice Okinawa restaurant right outside of the hotel though. That made everything better.response / report this review -
