早くからバリアフリーを取り入れた温泉宿です。
身障者の気持ちを充分理解している宿です。

お料理がとても美味しいホテルです。屋上は宿泊者が無料で利用出来る露天風呂が３か所ありフロントで鍵とバスタオルを受け取り利用します。
バリアフリーのホテルなので車椅子の方専用のお風呂もあり施設は充実していますね。response / report this review -

ホテルも清潔で気持ちが良い！
お風呂も、気持ちが良いはずが…１階のお風呂に、子供と主人が入っていたところ、突然、支配人？(従業員方はサムエ見たいのを着ているが黒のスーツ？姿だったため)が入って来て…掃除を始めたそうです…色々旅はしておりますが、初めてです…嫌な思いを残念です…response / report this review -

I really enjoyed my stay here. Kind staff, relaxed atmosphere, awesome Japanese food, big and beautiful rooms in a Japanese style design and astonishing onsens :) It's not cheap at all but it was really worth to pay it. If you want to get relaxed for a while this is the place to be. BTW, seasons to stay there from my point of view, winter and autumn.

I was very happy to stay in this lovely hotel! The staff are very nice and spoke little bit English. The manager / supervisor came later and he speaks quite good English. He helped us to check in, showing the room, reserve the onsen for us. I wanted to eat the traditional Japanese dinner but didn't make any reservations in advance. If you are planning to stay in this hotel, please eat their famous dinner for me! I love that they offer music entertainment. Unfortunately couldn't pay fully attention due to reserved onsen time. About the bed room. It is very clean, has that cool tech toilet and shower cabin. And the most important: the beds are very cozy and has fresh good linen! As a small gift they give us Japanese socks. I will never forget this hotel. Someday I will come back! Thank you for your hospitality!
