  not exactly close to tokyo station but has nearby metro stations. meticously clean rooms and efficient service.

  Fast simple in out hotel. Comes with a lot of extras considering the price. But would have preferred a better bed and less frill. Also very friendly staff

  the price was really good. The beds are a little stiff but that's pretty much budget hotels for you in Tokyo. Breakfast is usually rice, miso soup with light vegetables and maybe small sausages for breakfast, the service is pretty good and up 24 hours. Internet is a little slow but I've noticed with all the budget hotels. It close to a convenient store so you can always get better coffee or snacks around that area.

  -Only one elevator, so expect to wait a VERY long time to find a space in the morning.
  *use the emergency stairs
  
  -staff are not willing to help.
  Asked for a spoon to eat in my room and said "Spoon Nothing". Wth, how can a hotel not have spoons?
  
  -wi-fi sucks! Slow and kept dropping out.
  
  -The breakfast is pathetic for foreigners. Seriously looks like you are in a war zone and the food just got dropped off a helicopter.
  
  HOWEVER, the price is very reasonable, the room was clean and there is good coffee nearby. Each room has its own aircon.
