We went there 2 nights . This hotel is far away from station. Extremely inconvenient. But next to paypay dome which for concert and baseball games.
If you are not come for concert or a game. Should really avoid this hotel.
Amenities are super poor. Must book the most expensive suite room even it is not value worth at all. Otherwise other room is totally unliveable even one night,

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to be supportive during my stay and professional photo shoot at the hotel. The staff was very helpful to me snd my entire team. The views and amenities are fantastic. It was a wonderful place to shoot with multiple location options, especially in the executive room at the front of the hotel that's like the bow of the ship with views of both sunset and sunrise.

Room was great. Very spacious and nice view. Location wise can be a bit out of central bit very good of u travelling out of fukuoka as it link to expressways directly. Ample parking slots available and link to a mall. Breakfast was excellent.

The incredible hospitality from the staff dominated my experience at this hotel. The views were nice. The rooms were decent but the upper floor rooms need to be renovated. The food and drinks were amazing, but expensive! The gym was small but had everything I needed. The range of service offered by the staff was heart felt. No one ever said ‘no’ to a request but always found a way to help. From getting us baseball tickets to finding the ingredients for my favorite cocktail, the staff never failed me, and always treated me with humble kindness and respect.

The hotel is a little dated, but the customer service is top notch. They really go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets are some of the best I've had at any hotel.

BAD SERVICE!
The Hilton Hotel DISAPPOINTED our family TWICE!!!
We went there with 12 elderly relatives.
The 6 rooms we were given, were all smoking rooms.
(We weren't asked if we wanted a smoking room.)
The employee's act of apology was giving us free drink coupons, that were useless, since it was only valid for a day and we arrived there at night time, and had to leave early.

It's a great hotel but just too far away from the city center for my liking

It's a 25 minute bus ride to Hakata station..

My choice would still always be a hotel in the city for convenience

Fantastic hotel, staff were very friendly, the food was amazing. I could not find any faults. Nice location to walk into the city or catch a bus, it's about 20minutes walk to the closest subway station

I have a reservation of deluxe twin. When I check-in, front desk tells me that room is upgradeed to executive twin. But in fact, the room size is becoming small. With diamond member benefits, executive lounge access is not so important. I don't agree it's a room upgrade. So disappointed!

Booked a room during a flash sale, received a complimentary upgrade to the panoramic suite.

Absolutely impeccable service. Simply blown away by every aspect- staff went out of their way to cater to our every need. Room was breath taking, woke up to a stunning view of Fukuoka. Highly recommended.

Great place for a convention or watching the seahawks play. Besides that, location is not the best for shopping or family holidays. $20 cab ride to get to a nearby mall

Common areas are big and spacious. Airconditioning and beds are comfortable. Convenience store at the hotel itself. A little isolated but there are busses at the hotel itself to get out to other places.

Good Hotel. Breakfast is also good. Rooms are comfortable but rather small. Of course room size is depend on they type of room you wish to stay. Hotel has variety shops inside the building. Bar is very nice. It is little far away from local bars and restaurants.

I had a great view, the room was clean and slightly larger than typical Japanese accommodations, but not by much. There's shopping and dining areas down on the 4th level. If you walk back towards the shopping areas, there's a convenience store, pharmacy, and various clothing boutique type places.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Very courteous service. Local bus stops at the hotel which is a convenient way to get to Hakata JR station.

Wonderful place, a good choice if you find a price-cut event. The morning meal was superb as well, serving both Western and Japanese style dishes. The bath on the 8th floor was fine, too.

great scenery: this hotel is the only tall hotel in the city, so the view from the room is quite nice. staffs are nice. location is somewhat away from the city but with the access to beach and shuttle bus to the nearest subway station, I think it serves right for urban holiday stay.
