Beautiful theme park with exciting rides and energetic shows aside, it was the human touch that left a lasting impressive experience.

Roaming concierge helpfully appeared voluntarily when we looked lost. All questions were met with cheerful replies by every one of the highly trained resort staffs. No questions were too hard, a quick message to control centre and even the toughest questions were answered in seconds. Wow.

I witnessed staff members picking up litters constantly, and even saw someone buffing the exterior of a dustbin! That's the length they go to in order to make visitors feel welcomed.

When a member of our group lost a phone, we got it back without fuss even though much time had passed, full credit to the efficient team including Miss Nakajima at Space Mountain who retrieved the lost phone.

I don't like theme parks at all. But I'll make a special exception for Tokyo Disneyland because of the dedicated people

The best Disneyland in the world in terms of facility, location, atmosphere, staffs attentiveness, and consideration among fellow visitors!!!!! However, we visited during the golden week so it was VERY packed. Line for some rides could really go up to 3 hours. Make sure you purchase tickets online prior to the trip to save the hassle and the time. It is best to stay at hotels around the park as it is located quite a distance from Tokyo. However as expected, management still able to maintain the place spotlessly clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly (as with most places in Japan).

Awesome rides, although some rides were closed (it's a small world, big thunder mountain, and one more) if you're visiting on a weekday, lines are shorter than weekends. Food is 6/10. If you want to ride as many rides as possible without waiting a lot, go to the park super early/ wait until night when everybody goes home. Staff very nice, and if you can't read/hear/speak Japanese, good luck.

Such a magical place. Wish we could've stayed longer. Because it was so busy and the queues for the rides were almost 2 hours wait, we didn't get to go on many rides. It was still fun though!

Tokyo Disney Land always make people happy. It is a amazing place. it is like different world from real world. Everything is like sweet dream.
Every stuffs are high quality . They always smile and be nice to people. If you ask something, they would try to do their best.
The rides and foods are also wonderful.There are many kind of rides and these are very fun. The foods which are sold in Tokyo Disney Land are unique and good. The foods look so cute.
There are a lot of places to take the pictures. When I went to Tokyo Disney Land, I took many pictures and had fun. If it is rainy day, many characters come there and take a picture with people.
People who work in Tokyo Disney Land are great. also a lot of rides and foods are so good. There are many spots and characters for photo. You never get bored if you go there.Tokyo Disney Land is a pace that people definitely have fun and be happy.

Disappointing ,even with 2 fast passes and getting there at 6am was only able to go on 4 rides before noon. Even the food lines were >10 minutes for a simple popcorn , all other food lines were even longer. Left before noon As crowds were increasing .We went on a weekday that was listed as a "quiet" day. Only saw one other westerner in the 6 hours that we were there.

Clean. Well maintained. Good atmosphere
Lots of people. Interesting use of fast track ticket or priority tickets. Most of the explanation during events are still in Japanese so some you can manage without knowing the language, you do loose some of the finer details.

The staff here are very helpful inspite of potential language barrier. The first aid staff are very helpful so in case you need to use their services, the facilities and staff are very good.

Lovely place. Crowded but people aren't walking over each other. In some areas the waiting time exceeds 2 hours, in others, the line flows so quickly.
Friendly staff, but not everyone understands or can be understood in English.
Kids, young and old will find something to love.

One of the best maintained Disneyland parks we have visited. You miss some things if you can't speak Japanese but it's a great experience.

The crowds are massive with some rides full for the day just after lunch.

A fantastic, remarkable, and dreamlike amusement park that is beyond description! The atmosphere you feel here really makes you touched. Making a good route plan and purchasing tickets in advance are highly recommended, as there are always MANY people here. You won't ever regret coming here if you come with a good rounte plan at the right time!
