The Hotel is good. Staff is attentive, Dinner agreeable and the rooms are not too badly refrigerated. The main feature is the neighborhood to the city terminal that gets you to all airports. Running is best along the riverbanks.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. We stayed on the 16th executive floor and enjoyed the great breakfast for the length of our stay. Everything always tasted above my expectations and the staff was very kind. Our hotel room itself had a great view facing Odaiba. It was quiet and everything was very clean. The bathrooms were very large and the shower with a separate bath was perfect! Loved that the location near T-CAT provided easy access to the subway in the basement and use of the limousine bus makes it quick to get to from Haneda Airport. Our amazing experience has made this hotel the hotel that we will continue to use for the future! We love the Royal Park Hotel and all of it's staff!!

Everything was great, great water pressure, excellent bathroom. Air conditioner seems a bit under powered and the beds were a bit stiff.

Excellent hotel. Right beside TCAT Terminal. Close to subway. A lot of options for restaurants on the neighborhood.
Breakfast and restaurants inside the hotel are very expensive.
Comfortable rooms, gym, swimming pool, etc.
Free wifi.

I had a lunch in the restaurant in the 1st floor. The hotel was beautiful, clean and easy access to subway station. The food and service were excellent.

Attended work party at the hotel with buffet and drinks. The server's were very attentive with drinks, and the views from the 20th floor are spectacular. The food was nice, but I would say that it would be nice to have a slightly bigger range of food and perhaps to keep it a bit hotter as the food was only warm after a while.
