Very clean! Staff speaks a little bit of English. We have stayed here 3 times and have loved every visit. We always book a room on a non smoking floor.

I stayed here for one week in February. It's a nice clean and friendly hotel. Close to Tokyo and the fish markets. I'm here again for 8 days in August. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel is the place to be for dinner, nice food and friendly staff. Overall a nice experience.

This was the second hotel we stayed at. Very good location and nice amenities located on the first floor.
The rooms were small, but we expected that. Some reviews highlight on this, but those people are noobs who should have known.
The water fixture was interesting.
2 things that I would recommend is the card keys and that conveyor belt at the entrance.response / report this review -

Very small rooms, the smallest we had in Japan. So small, in fact, that I had to leave the room just so my wife could open both suitcases and arrange them prior to our departure. This affected sleep quality since the "semi double" bed was really semi. Front desk service was efficient and polite, couldn't fault it.

Great location. Nice hotel. Small rooms, but heyit is Japan. Compared to the size of the room, the bathroom is big. If you are in Tokyo for business or you just spend the whole day sightseeing, then this hotel is a good choice for you. You will get good value for the price.

Very near Tokyo metro ningyocho station. About 50 meters away. Rooms are clean and staff talks in English. But needs a bell boy service though.

we chose this hotel because it was good value. neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, it is quite lively here, not too much and not too little, just well balanced. metro lines connect directly to asakusa and ginza. the room is small, as typical for japan. it is clean and i like the decoration.
