Nice hotel, near Nishikasai st @Tozai line, complete shop of your neccesity near by, food, groceries, 100 Yen shop, bar, massage, clothing and park. Rate are value for money.

Location was close to the metro line abd surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants and bars. Room is standard room in japan with good shower and other facilities. Pillows are a little too soft so head sunk right through to mattress haha. Service was good and staff always friendly

Clean room. Friendly staff. Cool neighborhood. 5 min walk from the station. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast isn't complimentary.

Thank goodness I only stayed here one night. This room was so small! Like I could barely turn around in the bathroom. Not to mention there was this huge step up into the bathroom. You could really hurt yourself going to the restroom in the middle of the night. I got there early because checkout at the prior hotel was 10am. They were adamant about check-in being at 3. No biggie. I’ll go spend the day as Disneyland. That’s why I moved to this hotel anyway because they supposedly had a shuttle. Well the shuttle only went twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. I took the metro with no problem. The metro was only a couple of blocks away. The cleanliness in this hotel wasn’t as good as I had seen in so many other places in Tokyo. The plus was that they did have a microwave and a laundry facility but I didn't use it since i was only there one night and checkout was so early.

Great service, the hotel is couple of minutes walk from the station. But further then the other Best Western, so location wise is second best ☺. However staff is very helpful and attentive and speaks good level of English which makes live easier. Also there are lots of nice restaurants nearby and very large grocery shop with very reasonable prices.
We are in small double bed room and the place is not large and there is no wardrobe to arrange clothes. But the furniture is good quality and has good feel to it and the room is nicely organised. Although bed needs to be bit larger for 2 people is very comfortable and gives good night sleep.response / report this review -

We stayed at the Best Western during the height of Cherry Blossom season in 2017 (March/April 2017), the staff were great and the room was fine despite being a shoebox.
This Best Western hotel is quite far away from main areas such as Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku which were all approximately 30+mins away by train.
Fortunately, the Nishi-kasai area around the hotel is actually pretty cool in itself and worth a bit of exploration.
The hotel staff were fantastic overall, assisting us with making restaurant reservations, addressing some noisy neighbors and being very attentive overall.
The only real issue we had in 7 nights was on 2 occasions, people smoking on our Non-smoking level and stinking out the whole floor (as the smoke made its way through the ventilation system into other rooms and the main hallway.)
The hotel cleaning staff were onto it the following morning and aired out each room and the hallway which fixed the issue.
Tip:
When planning sightseeing trips around Tokyo from this Best Western hotel, I'd recommend getting an early start to each day and jumping on a train at the local Nishi-kasai train station ahead of peak hour (7:30-8:30am) to beat the work commuters. Things can get very squishy during this time and can result in not being able to get on consecutive trains.

Perfect location and great value. It will take about 90 minutes to get to the hotel via rail via 3 different trains however, they make it easy as the path is simple even without knowing how to read their language.
Make sure your phone will work in Japan. Being without internet in a country that uses characters instead of english can be frustrating and difficult.
Also, their ATMs don't operate with American ATMs. Make sure you have some Yen with you.

Hotel is pretty near to the Tokyo Disneyland and they even provide a free shuttle to Disneyland forth and back. Although this needs to be reserved due to the large number of travellers taking this service. Another thing is that the hotel is pretty near to Kansai Station where you can easily travel by public. Good interactive hotel staffs whom even explained how to get around the city. Thanks for the services and highly recommend.

The room was neat and tidy. However, it is too old and I would suggest to renovate the hotel in order to compete with the other hotels in Tokyo. Location of the hotel is good as it is very close too the metro station.
