Clean, friendly hotel with free parking. The rooms are a little snug (where isn't in Japan?) But perfectly serviceable.

There is a ¥500 breakfast, but not many veggie options in it.

Clean, compact rooms conveniently located. Breakfast was not worth it for vegetarians but lots to choose from for omnivores. Didn't go to hotel baths but they are available.

Perfect for a short-term stay. In-House public bath (onsen), and expertly appointed rooms with all you need.

Stayed two nights. Very helpful staff. Great room with indirect soffit lighting. Clean small onsen. Self laundry. Yummy $5 bkft. Great You Me Mall nearby. 100 yen store at Tokiwa (across the street) carries different items from Daiso.

I enjoyed my stay. Check-in was easy and the lobby smelled quite nice. My room was very clean and faced a department store. The breakfast buffet was a very good value with reasonable choices. I liked the dumpling soup and Italian coffee. A bus station was attached to the hotel and I was able to take the bus to the hell springs across the street. It is a good choice in Beppu and there is a small onsen in the hotel. One indoors, one outside.

Nice and friendly place. The rooms are a bit small, but have all you need for short term stay. The Inn features an inside Onsen (natural bath) which is definitely worth a visit.

Perfect hotel for a peaceful stay in Beppu!
My husband and I got a room on the 9th floor with city and mountain views. Though small, the bathroom was super clean and functional, Japanese style of course!
For only 500¥ guests have access to the breakfast buffet which is both delicious and nutritious, with lots of Japanese and Western dishes to choose from.
And let's not forget the onsen! Guys and girls baths are separate of course, but each get an indoor + outdoor baths with a spacious changing room.
The inn itself is a 10-min walk from Beppu station and within a 5-10 min walk from 2 department stores and the beach.

Needless to say, we loved our stay there and will definitely go back whenever possible.

Stayed 2 nights at the hotel. Staff was super kind and helpful. There's an onsen in the hotel so no need to go look for another one. The location is also super convenient. I'd come back anytime I'm in Japan.

This was a great choice for a place to stay in Beppu. Very clean and modern. ¥12,000 between two people is a good deal for a resort style hotel. They have an indoor and outdoor onsen on the second floor that is good quality. The indoor onsen has lava rock that feels nice. 7-Eleven on down the block. The thing I enjoyed the most was the go ¥500 breakfast which was the best breakfast I've had in Japan. Would recommend highly!
