One of the best onsen hotels in Beppu. The staff members are very friendly. The buffet is certainly going to satisfy you. If you get a room facing the sea, you will be able to see the sunset. Of course, you can also go to the hotel's outdoor onsen area and enjoy the sunset and great city view there. This place is worth every cent.

Great osen experience with a nice outdoor pool that has a fountain show. Highlight of the stay was the dinner buffet and the breakfast, excellent choice of food at great quality.

Amazing large scale hotel with hot springs and a hot spring mixed (swimsuit) area. Fun for the family! Lovely warm water unlike any other swimming pool. Views over the city and the sea. Must visit! Unbelievable buffet dinner and breakfast!

Amazing place, great breakfast/dinner buffet. Loved the Onsen and the outdoor warmwater pool. Would recommend staying at least 2 nights since our single night did not feel like enough. We left wanting to stay for longer.

Just wow, the pools, the Onsen, the rooms, the restaurants, the exterior, the staff.bowling, arcades, stores.and not so expansive for the quality! One off my happy moment in Japan was to stay there

Too expensive and too crowded. The open air onsen would be worth it, if it was not full of people, most of them loud and remarkably uneducated.

Nice and clean room. Wonderfull buffet restaurant. I recommend this hotel for family trip and also enjoy the open bath at night.

The hotel is very considerate. Since it is located on mid way of a mountain, they have free, direct shuttle bus for their customers, so that they do not need to pay or worry how to get to the hotel from Beppu JR station. There are 3 types of rooms. Thought we took the cheapest one, they are very spacious and it is quite comfortable. Moreover, our type of room is non-smoking, another asset. There are many amenities as well, with both indoor and outdoor swimming pool, as well as hot springs. There's mini bowling too. At night, light show, 3D children's show and a light decoration are great to view.

There are lots of amenities. Light show in the night is worthy to see. Their dinner buffet is great. Breakfast buffet has much lesser choices, but must try the sticky rice desserts.
