  Awesome place, traditional house, very comfortable and friendly place, lot of activities walking distance, knowledgeable staff and within budget, best place i've stayed in japan

  Nice hostel. I arrived quite early in the morning but the reception guy was so friendly, i could leave the luggage and he told me interesting places to visit apart from the castle. He also told me there was a food festival that night at it was amazing =D the tatamis were comfortable, showers were like big tubs and the curtain wouldnt close it all so some water might go out to your towel or clothes (there was a door for privacy not just the curtain)
