Great staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are a bit smaller than most people are used to, but this is tokyo where space is a premium so it's understandable. The breakfast was decent.

    Location! Location! Location!
Nice room for the price and the location. It is close to train station and subway stations. Free WiFi and complimentary breakfast for every house guest. Clean room and friendly staff.

The Hotel Villa Fontaine was a pleasant surprise upon my arrival in Tokyo. The hotel is divided into two buildings. I stayed in the secondary building around the corner from the main entrance. The noise level was very low as I was on the 8th floor. The staff is very friendly and informative, and they spoke a little English, encouraging me to practice my rough Japanese. The only downside to this hotel was the twin mattress and it's short sheets. I am 6'2, and the comforter was not long enough to cover both feet and shoulders. The chill I felt helped to wake me up earlier, so I guess you can count that as a positive.

Very small rooms and beds. Only two small pillows provided. The only good thing is the toilet, it's a typical Japanese toilet with a warm seat

This hotel has a very convenient location. Right at the centre of Tokyo, it is close to various tourist hotspots such as the Tsukiji Market, the Palace, and Tokyo Station. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed here for two nights in a twin room. The refurbished room is good and clean. Thoughh the hotel does not come with lots of facilities such as a business centre or a fitness room, an average traveler will probably find his stay comfortable. We are satisfied with the hotel quality for the price paid. Because of the good experiences, we will probably look for hotels of the same chain when we visit Japan in the future.
