Very prime location right smack in the centre of the shopping arcard. Good friendly hotel staff. Helpful in recommending places to visit and eat. Clean cosy rooms, looks well above the amount paid for the hotel stay. Recommended for families or business. There is also a large carpark at the basement but there is a nominal charge for 24hr parking by hotel guests.

Large spacious rooms. High speed wifi. Unfortunately, no shopping centres can be found within walking distance of the hotel. Besides that the service is all around decent and the buffet breakfast is delicious 😋

Some of my friends recommended Hotel Nikko and I truly enjoyed my stay. The staff are all so nice and helpful. And the location is just so convenient. The bus stop to the airport is right on front of the hotel. It's unfortunate that Kumamoto castle is still under repairs, but Kumamoto has it's own charm and it's nice to see a side of Japan that is not catered too much to foreigners like Tokyo is.

Spacious room and bathroom, nice quality. Slightly disappointed to find room is dusty upon arrival, not cleaned properly. Otherwise would easily be 4/5

The breakfast buffet is pretty good. I've been sleeping well on the beds as well. The only issue is that all the outlets a re two prong so you need to buy an adapter otherwise.

Beautiful venue. I visited Hotel Nikko Kumamoto for the all-you-can-eat breakfast/lunch buffet. Affordable price and great quality dishes.

観光地にも繁華街にも近いので、とても良いロケーションです。熊本城側であれば、部屋からの眺めも最高です。それともうひとつのお勧めが、ブュッフェタイプの朝食です。品数が多く、郷土料理も取り入れており、とても美味しくお勧めです。
