Good service and room is of a good size. Regular shuttle service to and fro Kumamoto station. Lacking of convenience store and eatery nearby.
very friendly staff and all are very helpful too. the shelter service to JR train station every 30 minutes is the best caring way to guests.
Very comfortable bed and staffs are super friendly. There is a shuttle from the JR train station to the hotel. Also if you plan to take a long distance bus to the next town or to the airport, the bus stop is just 10 meters from the hotel front door. The tram station is about 6~8min walk from the hotel. And with that you can visit alot of places.
Rooms are goodNot too small.
A pretty nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.
Only 5 minutes walk to the nearest city tram stop. 1 stop away from JR Kumamoto Station and 6 to 8 stops from Kumamoto Castle and. the town centre.
The staff is cheerful and helpful.
The rooms are smartly furnished and are quite spacious by Japanese standards.
Love it. It's down the street from my old apartment. So I love the area and the accommodations of the hotel. 3 amazing restaurants and bars. Loved the bed, shower's amazing, and quality of service amazing. Bags were delivered to my room with no gratuity expected, linen was fresh and clean every day. The view of the mountains and city were worth more than the price of the room.
The view of the room was really beautiful, and breakfast was pretty good as well. Bath was also good and nothing to complain.
very friendly staff and allare very helpful too. the shelter service to JR train station very 30 minutes is the best caring way to guests.
Room not very soundproof. Awoken this morning by outside conversations at 4am. Room overheated in winter, but no way to cool off.
Good: near JR station and tram station. Free shuttle bus to JR station.
Bad: Room facility not so good.
Good business hotel. Decently large room for Japan.
Good service and location. Nice French guy!
Nice rooms with public tram station close by . Near to Kumamoto station. Nice view of river
