東海北陸道で車が故障してしまい帰れなくて泊まりました。時期的に海外の観光客が多くビジネスホテルを含めて宿の空きがほとんど無くてなんとかここに転がり込みました。ホテルと言うよりは国民宿舎みたいな部屋で、ほとんどが常連客か海外の方と思われます。ロケーションは素晴らしく高山の街並みを堪能できました。

An economic choice, up on the hill with a great view. Rooms aren't very spacious but are clean and tidy, the wifi is great and the breakfast is even better.

Small clean and comfortable.. But the highlight is the breakfast.. The manager is so nice and she prepares an amazing meal of local sukiyaki and traditional Hida region foods. You will have a 1 minute walk up hill to get to the hotel. If you ar looking for good cooking in the morning, this is the place. We arrived at 9:30pm and were happy to find a good traditional Japanese restaurant that was open directly across the street. Not easy to find in Takayama. Things close early.
