部屋や廊下など綺麗でした。大浴場のシャワーは場所によって温度にムラがありました。料理は美味しいですが、量は少なめかな。総合して満足度は高いです。ゆっくりしたい人におすすめ。

お部屋は普通です。
龍の瞳という、せっかく美味しい（という）お米を使っているのに、そのお米が料理の具でしかなかったのが残念。美味しいお米なら白飯で勝負してほしい。デザートのシャーベットが美味しかったです。
貸切風呂を利用しました。予約が億劫でもこちらは利用したほうがいいです。趣の違った貸切風呂が3種類あります。
立地は下呂の温泉街からそこそこの距離です。遠いわけではないけど近いわけでもありません。response / report this review -

特に食事が美味しかったです。宿泊するなら露天風呂付きのお部屋良いと思います。部屋で食事が出来るのも良い。

サービスが悪く衛生面(具体例は食事の運搬時、指がお椀の中へ、汁物と接触するなど)でも最低なので、評価は最低レベルになります。

Service and decor was good. Felt a little aged but still a great experience. The onsen had a great view and so did my room. I wouldn't mind going again.
