Location is very good, rooms are tidy and clean but unfortunately do not expect to have a decent breakfast or dinner. The visitor center is within 10 minutes walk, one mini supermarket is located next door to the hotel. There are two swimming pools in the hotel, but for some reason, I never had seen anyone swimming there!!!

This Hotel was pretty rough. They are trying but rough none the less. Daytime staff seems more welcoming than the night staff. My wife said she was able to hear crawling things in the walls 😬 🐀

The food experience was qla little hard. Dinner food didn't seem to be cared for however breakfast had more care put into it. They are trying tho.

Good service and hospitable staff. However no vegitarian options. Roomas are old. Could not use swimming pool as it was cold but small and tiny hotel. I wish the rooms were bit more modern hat has it going for it is the proximity to the entrance of Petra. Only advantage is its near to entrance of Petra.

Good service and hospitable staff. However I wish the rooms were bit more modern Swimming pool was dusty too. What has it going for it is the proximity to the entrance of Petra.

Horrible hotel. We booked a room with a king sized bed 4 months in advance and were given two double beds. Our room had giant stains on the bed spreads and carpet and worn our towels. We complained and were shown other rooms with a king sized bed and each room was worse than the next. After a day of hiking at Petra we came back to our room to shower and had no hot water. There was no wifi and no parking despite their website saying both were available. Book elsewhere and save yourself some grief.

Great location, generally pretty rundown otherwise. Terrible breakfast. Room is functional - bad mattresses and sheets. No WiFi in rooms. Not very friendly staff.

Stayed here because nothing else was available (not that many options in Wadi Musa). Had issues with a leaking tap (which they tried to fix it a couple times, but did not really fix it), shower was barely warm, Wifi did not work, and the staff was too busy the whole time. That said, breakfast was decent. Given the lack of restaurant options at Wadi Musa, this was great to have right before a long day of hiking at Petra.

It's not very fancy but it's walking distance from the entrance of Petra. We have a small baby so the lack of a kettle for water in the room wasn't ideal and also lack of parking was a bit of an issue. But if you don't have kids then parking and kettles won't be an issue to you. They serve a good breakfast as you will need one for Petra.

Older hotel. One in our group had ants. Two pools. Good for quick overnight. Buffet style meals. Don't drink unbottled water.

Good place close to visitor center. Large rooms with good buffet for dinner and breakfast. Good to go to swimming pool after walking in petra

5 minutes walk from the Petra visitor centre and a good few restaurants within 3 minutes walk of the hotel. Hotel has a bar selling. Beer for 5JD. The hotel was clearly once very grand but has seen better days. Still, very clean and has a sense of style, but was very very quiet when we were there.

Nice clean and organized place Decent swimming pool.. Not too many options on the breakfast buffet.. But OK if you are looking for a place to stay, visit Petra during the day and relax in the evening

Spacious rooms. Lobby, restaurant, swimming pool , clean but old , needs some serious renovation but it's very affordable and located a walking distance from the ruins of Petra , shops and restaurants available close to that hotel.

Very well located, 300 m from the entrance to Petra. The staff is very nice and happy to help. The rooms are a bit old but comfortable and clean. It does not get 5 stars because the internet is only available in the lobby

Good and clean. Staff is correct and helpful. The room we were in on the sixth floor was dreadfully dreary. The hotel itself is a turntable for tourists (over 200 roooms) which doesn't make it any cosier.
