Good price, staff is ok
Very nice and clean, new furnished hotel. Rich breakfast and friendly staff. It is close to Petra's main entrance. Around the hotel there are good and cheap restaurants and shops. I recommend it !!
An elevator would be a bonus here. Very clean hotels among most of the hotels in Petra. Heart of the city. Parking on street but still good. The owner shaadi is wonderful host.
Helpful and friendly staff, cosy bed and nice breakfast. Pretty good enough to stay for a single night.
Absolutely amazing. We visited this hotel without booking though, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is clean and looks new. You can enjoy good breakfast.
Money exchange service is also available.
If I visit Petra again, I'll choose here.
Comfortable and inexpensive hotel pretty close to Petra; guests could easily take taxi to the main entrance for 2~3 dinars. The breakfast is yummy and really huge! Ham, omelette, bread, fruit jam, cheese, tea, and olives. Great value for the money.
I definitely recommend this Hotel.
In this Hotel I spent 3 nights. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful, excellent (lokal) breakfast, WiFi without problems, rooms were clean and we didn't have problem with hot water. This hotel is only 5-minute drive from Petra Visitor Center.
The very low cost makes up for various issues like no bins in room, no mirror in bathroom, room not made up during 3 night stay, no hot water in the mornings. Good breakfast.
I really wanted to give a good rating to this hotel. The staff are friendly. The hotel itself looks pretty good, but perhaps it was the luck of the draw that we got a bad room. We arrived at the hotel to check in at around 7:30pm. The reception told us that our room number is 106 and that the keys are at the room door. So, up we went to check out the room - 2 twin beds. The hubs and I wanted one bed. Walked downstairs to talk to reception - no, they don't have another room available; if there is availability, they will move us. Ok, no big deal. When we are going to shower, the fan doesn't work. Ok, no problem. When we do to shower, the rain shower option cannot be turned off. So, both the rain shower and the normal shower head are on. The base of the shower enclosure is cracked and water leaks out to the floor. The drain is not that quick so we are showering in a pool by the end of the shower. We can hear cars driving by as we are in the room. We tried to close the window, but it doesn't close properly. We left it thinking it was pretty quietuntil 3am when the Quaran starts chanting, then again at 4:30am, 5am
We told management that the window won't close properly, and if there is another room. No rooms available. They tried to fix the window, but they can't fix it either. We just accepted our fate and take the room as is.
It was our 3rd and last night when the rain shower head came off. We told management and again they were apologetic. I don't even bother asking for another room anymore since we are leaving tomorrow morning anyways.
Pros: the lights are bright inside the rooms (love it!). The air conditioner doubles as a heater, which is great for winter times, the room is spacious, flat screen TV, mirror with table and a closet. Bonus: 10% off your bill if you eat next door at Zawaya restaurant. Decent priced food with pretty decent portions.
Amazing place it was really nice time highly recommended to everyone who want to relax after long day in Petra
Nice location, amazing food and service we really had a great time
No elevator that's the only issue. Rest is wonderful. Shadi the owner arranges everything.
You get what you pay! Cheap prices cheap treatment. If you arrived there and you didn't find the receptionist it's fine set on the and wait for him till he comes.
very good, new, clean, and nice hotel. The two guys there, are very welcoming. They provide good breakfast. The price fit well
The room was clean. The receptionist helped us with some tips about getting to and from Petra. And the best thing was that we were served breakfast really early (at 6 am, because we needed to go to Wadi Rum with the morning bus). So an hour before the official breakfast time we got full breakfast. We even got freshly made scrambled eggs.
Waling to the hotel from Petra is not easy. Luckily, you can get a cheap taxi (not the taxi that is waiting for tourists right at Petra's exit, of course).
Very comfortable hotel. Good breakfasts.
