Generally, there are no objections to the hotel. I have comments on the way personnel communicate and how they are treated. first: avoid trips organized by the hotel !!! Secondly: avoid organizing pickup from the border and transport to the hotel !!!

We stayed two nights and enjoyed staying. Beautiful view of Wadi Musa. The staff was very kind and even made us sack lunches for our hike. Clean rooms, breakfast. Short drive to Petra.

The hotel was very good. Kind staff. We stayed for a night and we were received with a lot of care. Nadeth's mother cooked dinner for us.
The next morning, breakfast was delicious with a live cooking counter for omelette. We packed the lunch box which was delicious as well.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Room full of food smell, terrible breakfast, bad wi fi, you cant sit on the toilet because of the sink placement. Owners harass you for the good reviews.

Lovely place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely, including an omelette station with omelettes made according to your specification. And the strongest coffee that I've had in Jordan! Decor was great, with a big flat-screen TV in the front room, as well. Option of having a ride to a luxurious Turkish bath, as well, booked at front desk. After a chilly rainy day, it was great to come into the warmth of this place! Big comfy bathrobe, and extra blanket, and plenty of heat. :) When we were checking out at noon, the staff had already packed away breakfast, but went back to the kitchen to give us extra apples to take with us. Nice touch. :)

Nice place, friendly people, especially d night manager, Muhammad is his name, I believe. He made sure we hd dinner evn tho kitchen ws closing. The only gripe we had ws that thr wasn't any bidet to wash ourselves after using d wc/toilet in our bedroom. Plus thr was only extremely hot water in our shower taps. Our request for cold water ws attended to d next day. The day we arrived, they hd sent some one to fix tis problem but he thot we did not know how to mix hot w cold water. It ws discovered tt some one hd turned off d cold water supply (whc ws somewhr outside our room) to our shower. Tis function ws not in our room. Thankfully we hd our shower on our 2nd ngt thr. Please, please install a bidet or shower bidet for d toilets. I think u have it @ yr reception area in d public toilets.

RUDE and RACIST hotel owner; STAY AWAY

Booked this hotel for my in-laws and their friends (another couple) - all of whom are in their 60s or 70s - only for them to be given rooms different from what we'd booked for them and upon complaining to the owner - got treated to insults, rude and racist comments and were asked to leave. Apparently the owner doesn't care for Indians at his property. My in-laws and their friends then went to the 7 wonders hotel.

A Decent Hotel for Petra Night Stay, But It was too cold and Heaters Didn't work properly. Room Sizes are very Small. But Clean and Tidy
