Excellent reception staff.Zayed the reception manager looked after me and my wife throughout the stay.He also upgraded us on short notice after telling him it was my wedding anniversary. He was always at hand abd helped organize our tour at Wadi Rum at an excellent rate! Hotel was clean and warm friendly atmosphere.

I loved the staff. The front desk receptionist was awesome, great English and knowledge of Petra. We loved his recommendations. The hotel is super well located some meters away from the Petra site. Both dinner and breakfast were amazingly good. Would totally come back.

Room was very comfortable, though somewhat noisy especially early morning. Noise from housekeeping staff cleaning adjacent rooms was quite disturbing. Bed are comfortable. Room was clean.
Bathroom was not that great Very old fashioned. Shower curtain did nothing to prevent water from flooding the entire bathroom which turned to ice in 5 seconds and was not pleasant to walk on in midwinter weather.
Breakfast was edible and there was at least a variety in choices which some hotels don't provide.
For a short stay this hotel is adequate but I would not recommend it for a long stay.

Very close to the main gate of Petra! So you can start your visit to Petra very early (6am) and walk all alone throught the siq!
The Hotel provides you of a breakfast or lunch box if you want!

This hotel was perfect for visiting Petra. It is located steps from the entrance and features comfortable, though somewhat small, rooms. For the price, this represents a great value.

The room was very good, though our air conditioner was unusually loud.

The breakfast buffet was very good and the dinner buffet, at 10 JD, was good value for the area. We left to Wadi Rum early in the morning and the staff was kind enough to pack us a breakfast box for our trip.

Just normal hotel. Room cleaning is not good enough. Seems they avoid their responsibility. You can eat fresh egg cooked there in the restaurant in morning. About 3 minutes walk to Petra entrance.

Przyjemny hotel 3min. do bram Petry,trochę dalej do centrum miasteczka,w którym jest dworzec autobusowy. Pokój schludnie urządzony,winda,,Internet działa dobrze,śniadania w formie bufetu,nawet zjadliwe,niedaleko hotelu knajpki i pamiątki.

The shower sliding door cover was dodgy to use, and there was no bracket to hold the shower head on the wall, the water changes temperature after a short period of time using the shower. The shower tap temperature control is too sensitive. The shower cubicle is half way in the toilet's space, so it's less comfortable to use the toilet. The air conditioning is fine however, the kitchen staff and porter/caretaker are friendly and helpful. Breakfast isn't great with squash orange drink instead of orange juice. No fried eggs, but there are cooked chopped tomatoes, processed beef slices and plain sponge fruit cake that taste fine. The pillows are bubbly with areas of uneven surface, the bed also has an uneven surface and is softer and harder is some places.

Nice breakfast choices, we had some hot water issues. But good place to stay and 5 mins from Petra
