The staff was very friendly and hospitable, they are the reason for my 5 star rating. They even surprised us with a bagged lunch when we checked out. The hotel was dated but well kept and clean. Decently priced but would recommend calling them directly instead of booking through the Google Maps links. The checkout reciept showed that Agoda took a 15% (10 JD) cut on top of the normal price. Get there early (1:30pm) and they will make sure you have the best room!

My wife, 3 kids (ages 6,3,2), I recently stayed at the P Quattro hotel for a 2 night stay in Petra. All I can say is "WOW!" This is the most hospitable hotel I have ever stayed in, period. Unlike the big hotel chains, this is a family owned and operated hotel and the level of service is top notch. We had the family suite and the room was great with a king sized bed and two twins that our 3 kids shared. The food was good and the hotel staff offered multiple times to make us 'whatever we wanted.' Several times they brought us and our kids ice cream free of charge along with different soft drinks. Each morning, they packed us a bag of water, juice, and snacks for our trip to Petra. They provided a free shuttle service to and from the park entrance. We came during Ramadan while everyone was fasting and all the restaurants were closed for lunch outside the park. They opened up the kitchen for us and made us 3 large margarita pizzas! We live in Amman and I will absolutely bring my family back here when we travel!

This hotel is the most hospitable place we’ve ever stayed! They went more than out of their way to take great care of us. They took our family of 7 to Petra daily on a shuttle for free, they brought us icecream for our kids when we were swimming on their rooftop pool, and treated us like family. Thank you P. Quattro! We will be back again and sending lots more people your way!:-)

A nice hotel when you're resting after visiting Petra. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The buffet of the restaurant itself is small, but okay. Clean rooms. I would honestly not advise going into the pool, it's not very clean, but they do have very nice massage chairs.

It is nice and spacious, clean and tidy. Everything works. The staff seem to go the extra mile. I would stay again for sure.

Fabulous hotel high on a hill with a great view from the terrace, away from the throng.
