The staff were very very helpful hospitable and polite. Always ready to help with mother's wheelchair and they would bring the food to the table at breakfast. I always love to stay at the it's a very pleasurable experience from all angles!

Nice hotel with beautiful landscaping and plenty of water activities for all members of the family.
They have great spa offering massage services, and they sell Dead Sea beauty products.
Rooms are nice but not that big.
Food is very good with many choices.

Great place for a get away. Rooms are nice, staff is always more than willing to help and very responsive. The grounds and pools are clean and well-kept. I would definitely recommend it for a place to relax and unwind.

    Welcome - 5/5
We arrived on a local holiday so the lobby and parking lot was very busy. It didn't take too long to get through and complete check in, and since we arrived at 1 and check in was not until 3, the lady at the front desk was nice enough to give us a room while other waited because we did not have a local SIM card.

    Bed - 4/5
The beds were not too bad and the pillows were comfortable, but the feather pillows quickly melted very thin when you were laying on them, and you noticed the bed move quite a bit when anyone in the bed moved. But overall comfortable

    Cleanliness - 5/5
Rooms and hotel were overall very clean

    Hotel amenities - 5/5
The restaurants that are in the hotel were some of the best we had in Jordan! We ate at the Italian restaurant twice, and the coffee shop twice as we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Also, there is a hookah bar to smoke sheesha at a reasonable price

    Noise level- 5/5
The hotel was almost fully booked when we arrived, and we were not disturbed while sleeping by any noise

    Wifi - 5/5
Wifi worked well all over the resort

    English Language - 5/5
Everyone spoke English and was easily able to assist you

This place on the dead sea is stunning. It's has 3 swimming pools outside that are in lovely garden descending to the beach where you can float in the dead sea almost like a miracle. It has indoor pool and a spa pool with a waterfall. You can cover your skin in dead sea mud and once washed off leaves your skin feeling really soft. Food is great and the Jordanian staff are just so warm. Israrl lies on the opposite shore and the Eastern end of the dead sea where the River Jordan flows into the sea. Close to here is a place called John the Baptist that is reputedly the place St John baptised during the time of Jesus.

This is the best hotel I've ever been to. Yes the normal things are there you expect from the Marriott like good rooms, views, breakfast and good staff and service. I just feel they went the extra mile for their guests over Christmas period by hosting little gluwein evenings with music. They have us a baby cot out of their own without us asking, so they are attentive. I just lived the view of the dead Sea and their assist with us getting to swim there. And oh the hotel is beautiful, they choice of colors, paints and wood I just loved.

I had a beautiful stay here. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. They offer a really good breakfast with food from different cuisines, and the Jordanian and Mediterranean are specially good. You also get access to the Dead Sea which is fun, along with several pools.

The place has beautiful landscape, and I enjoyed exercising in the morning and it has several stairs that you can go up and down as well.

Unfriendly service at restaurantsbeach closed but they did not inform before paying entryrestrictive dress code to restaurants although a resort hotel. Slow servicetoo priced for what you get. No cash back on coupons for drinks or food. My advice better options around.

Beautiful property with excellent access to the Dead Sea. Restaurants were all very good and we especially liked the Italian restaurant and the new Cafe. The staff is very helpful and make you feel welcome. There are many pools including one for adults only and an indoor pool / spa. We will be back! Did I mention the Dead Sea is awesome? We enjoyed floating after 4pm and watching the sunset every evening.

Great service. Kudos for amazing professionalism and quick response in taking care of an issue to Michelle at the front desk. Also great service by john at the bar. Overall, amenities and experience was fantastic. Will come back here again with no doubt. This was a hotel with excellent training on how to treat guests. Thank you

The facility itself is really great, especially when you compare it with other hotels in the area. Decent size place where there is not a lot of walking as everything is close from each other. We arrived few hours before check in time and were allowed to use facilities before our room was ready. Minor issue with room, but maintenance quickly got it fixed. My serious main complaint is with staff. While some are courteous, others are lazy and sluggish, mostly those who work around the pools area. On multiple occasions I asked them for services, been asked to wait, but then they literally did nothing. That is very unacceptable. Parking can be a hassle sometimes, and also breakfast buffet is not a 5-star buffet for sure. Had this place been better managed, it could easily be awarded 5 stars. I'd still recommend this place despite those negatives.

Having tried most of the hotels in the area, we find that the Mariott is the best of what's available. We always enjoy our time there. Hats off to all the pool personal and restaurant staff for their patience and dedication to service, despite the rudeness of some of the clientele. Housekeeping has been below standard on most of our stays. On our last stay, the rooms were not cleaned 2 days in a row, forcing us to ring reception late afternoon- even after that one of the rooms was still not serviced. Housekeeping needs serious training!!

A great getaway if you want to escape Amman for a day or two. Out of experience, this hotel compares best to other 5 star hotels in its area. They have maintained good standards and great service. Most rooms are now a bit dated. Ask for rooms that have undergone recent renovation (mostly on the 5th floor).

There are a number of outdoor pools that cater to different age groups. Make sure to enjoy the sunset at the infinity pool (adults only) or a drink at the Oasis Cafe.

This is an exceptional resort at the Dead Sea, the Jordanian shore, benefiting from its unique location as well as a magnificent Spa facility with experienced and well-trained therapists, outdoor pools set in the well-kept garden, beach, good food and drinks. Soothing, relaxing, refreshing all year round. The one-of the-kind Dead Sea healing qualities as well as the Marriott warm hospitality give each visitor (you can come just to spend a day without booking the night) or guest a very special experience.

Vegas-like entry with orange trees, palm grove, falling water. (Solid security, well above others nearby.) The Vegas feel continues with the nightly piano vocals. The Champions sports bar is *identical* to every other. The pools are gorgeous, and views from the terraces of the Dead Sea and towns on the other side are mesmerizing. High ceilings in my luxury room, and good wifi. Why only 4 stars? The persistent smell of pee in my hall way. Whaaaaat?

A spectacular hotel built at the edge of the Dead Sea. Beautiful sceneries. The staff could be friendlier at the reception, but the spa staff were very cordial. The staff in the dining were friendly and hospitable. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had all the needed amenities. The views from the room was spectacular. The hotel was clean in all areas and beautifully kept with live plants. A wonderful place to stay for vacations and dip in the Dead Sea.
