This is a tough hotel to review. On the exterior, this appears to be a 4-5 star hotel. However, it feels like some minor problems have been covered up rather than actually dealt with. For example, the bed was fairly comfortable, but there were a couple of broken springs in the mattress that shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel. The bathrooms were nice, but the towels were torn in a couple of places, again, this shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel. The shower was gigantic and had 2 different spray heads, but the overhead "rain" fixture had a huge leak that made a little fountain above it. Once again, a minor issue that shouldn't happen in a luxury hotel.
I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing or if it's a language barrier but I wouldn't call the service really friendly and amazing, but I would say the service was cordial and competent. Anything I requested was taken care of in a reasonable time and handled efficiently.
Overall the stay here was nice and pleasant. The sad thing is that they really wouldn't have to do that much to get to a much higher level and truly compete with the luxury hotels.response / report this review -

Good hotel but no decent parking place, the location is not bad and need a taxi to get to shopping areas, breakfast is rich and very. Good dinner.

The hotel lobby looks great, staff is well trained.
I stayed for one night. I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. The room was decent.
Comparing to usual 4 stars, the room did not have free water as a welcome, it had a small TV with a regular receiver that sat in the table, regular bathtub, and one type of electrical wall outlet that made it impossible to charge phones, so bring a multi type wall plugs.

With many hotels to choose from in Amman city we were delighted to have chosen sadeen hotel. The hotel location is excellent. ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE was so helpful, warm, friendly, and made us feel welcome and taken care of.i recommend this hotel in every respect.

It started since I parked my 14000 JOD, Italian master piece bike that I use whenever I feel like getting out of my daily routine being head of dentists, owner, creator of Amman's Pride, Amman Smiles Dental Clinics. Where I was stared at as someone of a gang. (honestly if the gang man they had for around one month, sometimes not having time on occasions to sleep in the room because if the patients he had to attend and take care of, as most of the case I work were the first of a kind in our region, utilizing Computer Guided CBCT (type of hi tech) 3d X ray method. Placing implants in under 15 minutes. With 100 %success rate.
Never theless, O was treated with dis respect, demanded I leave the room, knowing I had and till this day have a thesis was working on that would have made a difference in the way dental implants were seen by the eyes of the recieving patient and the providing doctor. A double blind study, of randomized, anonymous volunteers..

The thing is they went into my room (the one I didn't check out of) without my approval, took my stuff out, without going through the required protocol of having the wp private if ministry of tourism, hotel owners donr thing nor any police department,.
Of course District attorney nor any judge justified or legalized this procedure.
This was almost one year ago, for their bad luck, I was extremely busy with my work, they made me stop my student, loose money in thousands.
More important the stamina for my study that I only wanted to make implantology a thing that is easier, affordable and closer to the average patient in my home country Jordan.,
P. S. I have the neccessary papers and qualifications to work in the USA, Highest country regarding the income of the dentist in the world.
My problem, I will do my best to give my people and my country the attention, treatment, care U. S. EQUIVALENT citizens recieve. Because we deserve more. And we can.
