the worst hotel in the Dead Sea Area , starting from check in we waited more than 30 minute in the lobby cause no one assist us , one one person in the reception and she pretend to be busy while no other guest are in front of her , we get the room almost after one hour and luggage left in the lobby , room is not clean , when they clean you still see the same dirty of the night before , a drop of Earl grey tea was in my bed side for all my stay (attached picture) , Air con is not working , is only fan with a bed smell of burn , breakfast is poor , no fruit for the kids , old cheese in the tray and eggs boiled and cooked days before
Staff is speaking poor english and they are not friendly , my wife requested for an omelette they ignore her request ( possible Arab racism against Asian ?) I had to go there and request for her after some time her request was ignored.
there is everywhere smoke smell in the hotel , no difference in between smoking and no smoking room , I was not even ask to choose, this is not a family friendly hotel at all even they have baby pool and play area all the rest bring disappointment .
Music very loud in the morning when people still sleeping .
Room service is leaving their tools trolley always in the middle of the hallway blocking access to the next room , they are very loud when they work and they don't say good morning or good evening like in every other hotel in the middle east.
they have prices like a 4 star hotel but they hardly deserve 3 star .

As we have experienced in Jordan, the hotels are generally poorly managed, which results in poor service.

This hotel has good potential, but it let down by the above-mentioned - they claim to have 5 restaurants, but only one is functional. The bar is a bit of a joke, as I found out when I tried to order a G&T, and then had to explain to the 'barman' what tonic water is. What was surprising was that the waiter at dinner knew what it was and brought us one without any hassle.

The food was one redeeming factor, some really yummy lamb and chicken curries.

The rooms are quite big, but was not very clean - probably as a result of us getting an early check-in and housekeeping not having enough time for thorough clean.

The shower hose had a gaping hole, which wasted a lot of water, and at some point during the night, the bathroom flooded all by itself!

The swimming pools are really nice, and there is direct access to the beach.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Very poor service and the breakfast was very cheap. It was basically a collection of bread. It is such a waste of nice pools and rooms. When we first checked into the rooms, the sheets were not clean and we found objects from those who stayed before us. Would not repeat again, they are not cooperative with feedback.

Faboulus, modern rooms with balcony. Very clean, nice bathrooms.
Solid Wifi. Good breakfast buffet with local and western options.
Private beach with sun loungers and showers. We loved our "mud bath" with almost nobody around ;)
Several pools for a real swim.
Would definitely recommend staying here, excellent value for money!

We were just visiting from Amman for a few hours and wanted to view the Dead Sea. We paid an entry fee without any bother. In that sense the reception was welcoming. The foyer was nice, cool and spacious. We didn't eat anything and wouldn't have wanted to after seeing the cat on the sofa! There was very loud music outside which was grating on the nerves. The beach was utterly disappointing given the trash bags lining it. The views of the Dead Sea itself were nice. On the basis of what we saw, we wouldn't wish to stay here.

Went for a day-stay with family (2 adults , 2 kids under 6). The place is lovely, atmosphere is great and friendly. Pools are various and water is cool! Food at lunch buffet was very good. Price is affordable. Excellent one day-stay package!!

The worst ever experience in my life The worst customer service starting by the gas at the door up to the receptionist then tobwaiters, the worst food to eat And no service by the pool side

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and always smiling making our stay unforgettable. The pool area is very nice, the view from the balcony and from the pools are awesome. Our room was also very nice and clean. Thank you for our stay at the hotel, we would visit this hotel again.

Nice hotel and extraordinary view including the pools, dead sea, and city view of israel. They also have live music at nighttime. However, food is very bad and this would be a deal breaker for me in the future since the two dining options you have are the same thing. Pay for table service at the restaurant or pay twice as much at the buffet. Food is frozen and then cooked. I know because i waited 30 min for them to refill the lamb. Very slim selection. The food here is your only choice unless you have a car and want to drive a considerable distance for some other food. If you have no car, then you are stuck. They also need to clean better. I watched them replace table mats without wiping the tables and the chairs have a noticeable black grime to them.

Family oriented hotel. The staff need lots of experience, the room isn't that great nor is the food. But the view fantastic.

Pros:
- employees are friendly.
- family oriented.
- Life guards are very professional.
- swimming pools are clean. several pools are there.
- Prefect View of rooms overlooking at swimming pool & sea.
- prices are fair for 5 star hotel.
Cons:
- Food is bad generally, at dinner peak time you may find dirty tables.
