The resort is fine - everything you would expect from the Hilton brand (good and bad). Beach area has mud stations set up and showers. There is a small pontoon dock and a roped in swim area in the Dead Sea.
The reason for the two stars is - my mother was meeting me in Jordan for a couple of weeks and flew in late at night (actually early in the morning). I had arranged with the Hilton for her to be picked up from the airport and transferred to the resort. It was more expensive then other options, but given how nervous of a traveler my mom is I figured that the Hilton was a safe choice. I was wrong.
I booked the transfer well in advance by email and confirmed that it was booked when I checked in in person the day before she arrived. At 0200 no one was there to get her at the airport, my mom speaks no Arabic and after waiting at the airport for an hour the Hilton's solution was for her to take a taxi
Incredibly disappointed in the Hilton for dropping the ball on the transfer and for their less then adequate solution.response / report this review -

New--only a year old--when we stayed there in the end of March 2018. Staff were very attentive and some remembered our names. We had beautiful views of the Dead Sea. We enjoyed mud massages and floating in the Dead Sea. The food in the Italian Restaurant was delicious. The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of delicious choices.

This is a brand new hotel. Rooms are comfortable and bathroom even more. The pool is nice, the beach great. Buffet in the morning has choice. For food outlet I recommend the Lebanese restaurant. It is really good quality. Best tabuleh ever!

Good all around hotel. Lovely rooms. Swimming pools more crowded but more space at the beach. Visited the Lebanese 1312 twice and great service with Rushdi and Ahmed. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

One of the best Hilton properties I have stayed at, with well-appointed Dead Sea facing rooms, modern decor, infinity pool, multiple eateries, executive lounge, and beautifully maintained outdoor areas. Located conveniently off highway to Amman and other Jordan attractions. Spent two nights here and just loved every moment. Private beach with showers and mud stations made the resort a perfect Dead Sea experience.

Great experience. We only stayed one night, but the resort is great. There are only a couple hotels/resorts by which to access the dead sea (public beaches either dont exist or are not popular), so not a lot to choose from. But we were glad we picked this one. Views are amazing (sea facing room). Beach area was well appointed and easy to access (have elevators for most of the way). Pool had a great view. Several bars/ restaurants on site, food was really good. Breakfast was amazing!

One of the best properties in the Dead Sea. Huge Awesome rooms. They have a separate area to enter the Dead sea. One can just get lost in that beautiful setting! Just perfect!!

The best resort by the dead sea, period! The staff is very nice, specially Mr Shariff, the front desk manager. Everyone was so welcoming & friendly, and the upgraded room was beautiful, as well as everywhere around the facility. The dead sea experience was nice & the mud baths were awesome! As a Hilton honours diamond member I felt appreciated & much welcomed. I'll definitely be back!

Great hotel. So pleased we opted for a room rather than a day pass to enjoy the Dead Sea. The rooms have the seaside touch and are perfectly appointed. The hotel itself is beautiful and the main reception gives you the first chance to see the amazing view of the Dead Sea that you'll enjoy throughout your stay. There were several levels down to the private beach (each by elevator or steps), first with swim up pool and seperate kiddie pool and for a more private time, shallow wading pool and more sun loungers. At the beach level you are given a towel and there are a few sun loungers but they can be hard to snag when its busy. The floating platoon is the best spot to lounge as the movement of the sea was like gentle rocking. Then there's the (free) Dead Sea mud to slather all over and showers to rinse if you don't fancy heading back to the water. The staff were all so friendly and warm. It was a great 1 day stay, finished off with a chance to see the lovely sunset over the Dead sea from our room balcony.

This hilton hotel is really amazing .

What a wonderful location! The staff were very friendly and the amenities great. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because it was a trek getting to the Dead Sea. The hotel is on the water but there were so many levels to walk down (only one level had an elevator). Understandable though with the Dead Sea shrinking.

Bad things first, this place won't be cheap, but looking on the bright side, this place is definitely worth the price! The staff are all super friendly and accommodating. We arrived on a very early flight and they allowed us to get in the room at mid morning. The hotel and facilities are all state of the art with a couple of lovely fresh water pools and another one down at the Dead Sea private beach. All well worthy paying a slightly higher price.

The good bit; the hotel is really amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its also very clean.
The bad; for any tourists with perishable souvenirs (olive oil, sweets etc) please take note that the hotel security confiscates them till the end of ur stay. They are left in the luggage room where you can pick them up after check out. So that was not the best reception and it soured an otherwise wonderful experience. We were staying at another hotel and were just meeting our friends here for dinner. The good news is they have very strong security at night. However, it took us 20 minutes to get into the hotel because they could find our friends at the restaurant to "sponsor" us on the property. It was pretty ridiculous. The food at the restaurant was honestly average. They didn't have many options for a vegetarian. They do serve alcohol.

A nice new resort in the Dead Sea with spacious rooms and amazing showers. The pools however are mediocre due to their small size and short height at 1.2 meters, so definitely not for swimming. There is also not many restaurant options, with only 2 options available. There is room for improvement and I hope to come back with a better review next year.

Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful but service was terribly slow. We ordered a pizza at pool side which took ages to come, most probably they ordered it from Italy. I didn't like their infinity pool, it was too small and overcrowded.

The resort is generally a 5/5 (clean, friendly staff, fast room service, live music, nice food) but because the check in took forever and the access to the sea requires taking a 100 million stairs down i'll rate it 4/5.

Nice pool bar.but you do have to check your bill and make sure it has what you only ordered since 3 times the order was double what we got. pool is way too small for a Helton and over crowded . not so friendly people or some where reged if i may say. Dead sea side was not an easy walk not like other near hotels which has easy access to the dead sea. Room was okay for a suite. Personally won't do it again. I give it 5 out of 10. For what you pay you should have better deal and service. Good luck

Great place to enjoy the dead sea. Friendly staff and great facilities. There is a shopping complex and a conventional centre next to the property. Easy access from Amman by highway.

Excellent stay! Recommended.
The internet should be free. I was very surprised and disappointed to see such a wonderful hotel asking guests to pay for internet usage. You can limit internet usage, but it's really a shame to pay for internet at 5* hotels nowadays.
Regarding food/restaurants, the price we paid was ridiculously expensive at 1312 restaurant. No value for what we paid.

There was no air conditioning inside of the hotel. We changed rooms because of this and the proceeding room was still hot. The hotel is quite expensive and the rates are based off of one guest even though upto 3 guests our allowed. Also, there were tons of cigarette butts littered on our non-smoking balcony and trash littered on the beach at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for the price.
