  They treat the visiters like low scale people actually the people in side are better but you expect the worst from those at the gates and the employees who receive you in the street I can't believe that German standard would accept to leave clients in the steet under the rain or the sun without even a shade or a seeting area although they arrive on time. Bad image of you guys

  It's up to your luck , if the person who receive your application is nice then you won't have any problem , if the person who receive it is having a bad day he/she will make your experience bad , they will ask for more papers even if it's the first time to ask for such papers. Not professional at all ..
