  I don't think its the Embassy's fault but the appointment booking needs to be fixed, I've been trying to book an appointment since the 24th of April and the only times they would answer, they'd inform me that they will call back within 10 minutes and they never do.
  
  I cant get a proper hold of them, so I went to the Embassy and they told me to keep trying with the number.
  
  Very unsatisfied with the booking system

  الخدمة ممتازة. لكن موظف الطلبات ينقصه الابتسامه والتعامل اللطيف.

  They removed the online appointment reservation and changed to call a phone number which is busy 99% of the time, it will take you an hour just to keep dialing the same number over and over again.
