Nice hotel with beautiful rooms. Almost empty due to decreased tourism in Jordan. Checkout was a problem, nobody knew what to do and their bookings were pencil in a notebook.

TV doesn't work. But staffs are helpful. I requested a room with two beds and i saw only one bed. It cannot be separated. Reception just changed it without asking any questions.

Decent service and beautiful view from the restaurant. But our toilet was broken and they "fixed" it, but it smelled terrible all night.

Budget hotel.. find are quite outdated. Light fixtures broken and mold in the tub. Water temperature fluctuates. On the good side, the food was very good.

Musty smell in the room, dirty room, horrible bathroom. Hallways smell like a sewer. There were hairs on the bedsheets, nasty! The only good thing is the buffet food was really good

Location is good with a nice view. Rooms are great, lacking a bit of cleaning. I also had a really bad experience with the staff. They were supposed to offer a shuttle to petra, and made me wait for other people who just started to have breakfast to get to the place.

Toilet didnt flush and came without a seat, which they refused to fix. The heating regulator also did not work making it freezing cold. Our friends had a room with no hot water, and another friend had a room that smelled of sewage.

We had a horrible experience. The internet didn't work, the bathroom was in a terrible condition, we had a room next to a noisy street and the hotel is way out of town. Even the non-smoking room smelled like smoke due to staff smoking in the reception area. The owner was rude when we complained. Maybe ok if you get a room at a very cheap price and don't expect much.

two hotels one in the downtown and the other in the cliff. Both have panoramic views. Rooms in the cliff one (Alanbat 1) is more spacious and the view is Petra mountains, green fields and stream in the steep valley. Alanbat 1 is a place of relaxing and meditation, very clean, food served fresh during the stay. staff are helpful, they are family administrated. Turkish bath and swimming pool is excellent.
Alanbat 2 is closer to the shops clean and more suitable for economic visitors. This hotel is recommended.

Great service. The hotel is clean and is family run. All the staff were very helpful. They have free transport to and from petra should you need it. And are ever ready with helpful suggestions.
