Calm, relaxing setting. Staff is kind and extremely attentive from the Gatekeeper as you entered the grounds making you feel at home. Warm welcome was received. Reception was courteous, pleasant and helpful. Eager to have you situated in your room. Check in process was quick and efficient. Rooms a bit outdated but for the price and the service, easily overlooked. Room was clean and amenities provided for your comfort. Room comes with breakfast!! That's a deal! The food was close to perfect. The kitchen staff catered to the needs of the guests and were pleasant and attentive.

Place was awesome. I give 4 stars because the rooms let in all sounds. Staff is excellent, rooms are excellent, property is excellent. If sound is corrected then definitely 5 stars.

The repeated experience at Villa Sonate from the booking to the check out was exceptional. At this Villa the staff is personable and the grounds of the property is well manicured and clean, the rooms are comfortable but most of all the food always exceeds your expectation.

Nice clean rooms with a devine ambiance for those who prefer the tranqil of the nights. Green lush garden setting with and pleasant staff and good authentic Jamaican foodwas a pleasure being there. Will definitely return

I had for the first time in my life peanut porridge at this villa ,and i must say it was amazing oh my god!! Small clean rooms on a small property, and it's quite budget friendly.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was fantastic!!! The authentic Jamaican is the better than any restaurant! They need to step up their housekeeping game though, we were missing basic hygiene items & towels - my husband dismissed it as just part of the laid back Jamaican culture experience 🇯🇲😊

Had the privilege of staying here a few days ago and i must say that i am already planning my second stay already, the hospitality was great the rooms were clean and the authentic jamaican food brought back memories of my moms cooking [ big up to the chefs ] . Michelle from the front desk was very friendly and great at what she does , Selliesha a member of staff was very immaculate in her looking after the rooms . the lawns and trees for the time my wife and i were there were properly kept . i would recommend Villa Sonate to anyone who wants a jamaican Getaway

Firstly i would like to thank Mr& Mrs Taylor for allowing my family & i into their lovely villa it was a wonderful experience up in the lush green hills with the great views beautiful surrounded flowers, plus a special mention to the BRILLIANT staff ALBERT, VIVIAN,MICHELLE,ANDRE,CHRIS-ANN and all the other members of staff for making us feel part of the family BIG BIG thank-you, we will be returning.

For the price, this place is great.
REMEMBER, a WIDE ANGLE LENS can work miracles with your property. And it did with this one. It isn't nearly as spacious as the pics make it appear. Also the colors are not as vibrant.
I'm glad that there weren't a lot of insects around while we were there. The bathroom windows are merely wooden slats that can be opened or closed.
The staff were absolute sweethearts. Breakfast was authentic Jamaican or American, your choice.
The place looked neat and clean, but the pool was cloudy enough that it offered NO temptation.
Not so sure the staff had any clue about suggestions of what to do in Jamaica. So if you don't have a clue, check in before you get here.
We stayed 3 nights in a resort, and 4 nights here. Our best days were here, in spite of not being on the beach.
Hmm. But the beds weren't as comfortable as the resort's.

It is a very lovely and friendly small hotel. The food is delicious, the rooms are beautiful and the staff is so amazing. I love this place.
