Shields Negril Villas had a group of 25 Student Land Surveyors for 2 weeks. Their housekeeping and customer service skills were great. Food was 6/10 (which is good considering I'm a foodie👀)

We have been at the shields twice now first was a week 2 yrs ago and just this january for 2 weeks, loved every minute of it.. the staff are amazing,rooms cleaned every day, its home away from home we will see eveyone again next year thank you too all staff and management who made our stay rememberable we give 5 STARS all the way Tony and Corrine from Canada ;) ;)

Worst experience in my life from the moment I walked in i was ready to just get back on the plane and return home. My 2 bed room suit had a horrible smell of mold, a kitchen full of none working, rusted appliances that weren't even plugged in. As I went to try to take a shower there was only one towel no wash cloth in a room that was reserved for 5 people. Made it to the bed and the sheets felt like I was laying on paper towel. The following morning housekeeping came in with out clean towels, wash clothes, or to top it all off clean sheets. When. I spoke to her she stated she will try to find clean sheet for my room. Before returning to my room. She went to clean other rooms where she found her self expressing to the people in the room about how many complaints I not knowing they were with me. Not only did the housekeeper over step her boundaries but the lady at the front desk also the owner was on the phone with someone discussing all my problems that I had with her room and establishment on a whole, and continue to let them know that she did not need my money when I immediately turned around and pack my bags and left I refuse to spend my money where it's not needed or APPRECIATED. STAY AWAY
