This woman at the WU counter is RUDE, very unhelpful when asked any questions and is the slowest I have ever encountered. She has a very bad attitude. 30 mins have passed and she is still with the same customer at the counter and she does not appear to be typing, talking. The staff really need to be trained better to improve service and amount of transactions. I wish there were name tags so that I can be more specific about this particular situation.

Trust this service is one the fastest and easiest service I've come to know and for sure the workers are very jovial and friendly
