Now I've been going to this post office for years never had a issue until today. My mother sent a package from the UK and I should have received the notice a week ago however that is not my issue. I called before going there and the young lady told me to just bring my ID. Arriving there it was different story. I understood there was a misunderstanding between a parcel and package. The lady by the name of Karen was so unprofessional and disrespectful with her smart remarks definitely will be sticking to mailpac because I can't deal with the belittling from someone who is unqualified. Guessing because of the nails and false hair she assumed I was just any other ghetto gyal but I surely shut her up!
