  Now first of all the staff here attitude stinks. I order stuff from the uk that was shipped through RoyalMail. That was suppose to be Express however it ended up taking almost 3 weeks just to receive 2 packages I called on Monday to ask if the 3rd one was there the response I got was no. I called the following friday while the person on the phone was talking to someone in the background this is the conversation "Whoever she is she need fi stop none mo deh here along with some other chit chat in an irritated tone". I just hang up because a must joke this. I had to wonder if it's not her job. Swear you can't just put any and every dutty gyal in an organization because obviously she don't have any customer service.

  I recently sent my mom two packages from over seas and the cost for her to get them is ridiculous, I might as well had shipped her a barrel if that was the case. Not to mention all those fees! Omg. Unpaid postage fee? Additional stamp fee??? What more stamp if it's already in jamaica? when I paid postage fee here and all the other fees such as clearance fee,holding fee all these ridiculous fees which I already paid. I told my mom to call and ask if that was the total cost to pay to get the packages ,she did and they told her that since she didn't have an invoice for the items they just guessed the prices and put a total "guess-timate"bull!!!!!! Over $11000 in total after I already payed a hefty fee at the post office here in the states. You guys are thieves and you're service is atrocious. Never again, better off sending a barrel if that's the amount y'all gonna charge for packages. THIEVES Jamaica's post office!!
