Don't know where to start. We are here now and Arrived Thursday and still no wrist bands. Food is very limited buffet do not open on time and have maybe 5 things to choose from . Beach is ok not as nice as Cuba. Water is very clear. Staff is average. The most annoying thing is the people on the beach trying to sell you things. We sit by the pool so they don't bug us. I understand they are trying to make a living but it's to much. You get ripped off on anything you want to buy. Our room is nice and we over look the beach and pool. But there is only a couple of these rooms.

The food was just passable. The Hotel needs major repair and lots of cosmetic implementation. If the spruced up property especially the rooms food it would be sooo much better on Plus was tge location.

Fun Holiday Beach Resort is a gem of a find if you are on a budget, especially for families. The grounds could use some TLC but the service provided is outstanding. We did the all-inclusive option. The food was very tasty and plentiful. The drinks were good with good variety too. They never ran out of anything during our 7 days. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The resort has nice beach access with chairs. There is a pool and a hot tub. This is not a 5-star resort, so if pampering is your expectation, you are in the wrong place. However, if you are looking for fun on a budget on world-famous 7 Mile Beach in Negril, then you should absolutely consider Fun Holiday Beach Resort.

worst place to stay to avoid at all costs!! this place is a motel not a hotel ,especially if you are just going in a group of girls ,i've never felt so unsafe in my life from the bar staff to the guards at the beach , even the security at the front of the MOTEL in the little white hut is dangerous ,when we arrived our room wasn't ready they wanted us to wait 3 hours when we got in the rooms it was nothing like what we expected because in the pictures online it doesn't seem so bad but the whole time we were there they never changed our sheets in our room, the pool was soooo dirty we didn't even go in it theirs bees everywhere in the dinning room where we eat and all over the mixes for the drinks at the bar and the food was gross. please avoid at all costs not to be disappointed!

Place need an upgrade but it was fun nevertheless. The beach was relaxing with the little umbrellas and beach chairs. I am giving a 3 because I left a pair of shoes in my room and checked back right after I left and was advised that the housekeeper didn't see it. It was the only thing I left right under the bed and that will prevent me from going back there. I dislike dishonest people. Oh, the price is also not bad.

Not sure where to begin. Upon arrival we were told that our room wasn’t ready, as there was a plumbing issue. We were stranded and asked to stay in our friends room who were also staying here. It was very unprofessional and considering we paid for 2 rooms we received no discount or voucher. The next day our room wasn’t available till the late afternoon. The lobby, hotel, rooms, pool, bar and dining area were extremely run down. The bed linens, blankets and towels were all so worn out. Provided no shampoo or conditioner, water or any other amenities.

Over all just a bad experience. I would rate this hotel around 1.5-2 star at the most.

Staff was nice. Food was sub-par.

Stay somewhere else, pay extra. Rooms is right beside it and looks 10x better.

Excellent for a 3 star resort. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.. It was perfect, right in the middle of 7 mile beach. We stayed here from Oct. 31 - Nov. 7 2017. This resort is very pretty, and well kept, with 2 blocks of rooms on 2 story buildings. Rooms are large and clean. amenities are limited but you have everything you really need. everything is compact and close. You never have to walk very far to the restaurant, pool, beach or entertainment. The staff at this resort are friendly and helpful. The food at the buffet always tasted wonderful. Bar hours are 10 am -10 pm, but it was never really an issue for us. Yoshi became our favorite bartender. He was always a good sport about our shenanigans. The pool was very nice and had a Jacuzzi. The hours that both were open was fantastic. no issues if you wanted to go for a swim or hot tub after dinner. Security on the beach were always there to take care of us. We never felt unsafe. The beach is amazing. The water was warm and crystal clear. WIFI was included with our stay which was a fantastic bonus. I was very pleasantly surprised with this resort and a couple in our group have already booked to go back. I would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive relaxing get away to Jamaica. One suggestion I could make was to have more trash cans at the beach. Staff was very prompt about cleaning up after guests..but they really shouldn't have to.

What made our day is that the lovely ladies Manning the front desk recognize us as returning guest. As a vegetarian I would have love to sea food but overall we are pleased.

Made a cancellation, I have paid deposit more then a 50% of the booking and they are ignoring my emails to get rest to be paid back! Never would book again or try to rebook again. I know it is a business and trying to make a money but do not advertise you are customer focus and oriented. Do not advertise you are being friendly and go out of your way for holiday makers. You are going out you way but everything cost th money, it is never a free will!!!!

I stayed here last year, in July around the same time, arriving on a Saturday. Upon arrival, I was somewhat disappointed in the rooms, definitely not what is advertised on the internet. However, by that evening I was over my disappointment, the stunning sunset, jerk chicken dinner and band entertainment made up for it, by day 7, I wasn't ready to go home. No, this is not a 5 star, more of a 2, but the location is great, right in the middle of the 7 mile beach, and a decent place to lay your head at night, if that's all your looking for. I'm a foodie, and some days the food was good and some days not so much, however there are plenty of places in walking distance that are reasonably priced and offer authentic Jamaican food. There's a pool, there's a hot tub. Friendly staff, plenty of taxi's.There's a nightclub across the street, The Jungle, several different levels, good for dancing and mingling, Ladies night on Thursday, plenty of street vendors out offering jerk chicken, perfect for a 3am meal 😊. The property does need updating, and maybe a few more authentic selections on the menu, overall the stay was good, I got what I paid for. I started coming to Negril when I was 21, I'm 38 now, great vacation spot. I plan to write a follow up review of this year, stay tuned

Not as enjoyable as the last time. Staff are doing their job but Don't smile or look happy. Food is better than last year, room was adequate beach is great as always. Price was higher this year and don't see anything that warrent the increase. Place has so much potential to be better. Appears there are mangement issues, can feel the tension property. Staff are all doing their job but Don't look happy.

The food was always late and the all inclusive bar (consisting of basic rum, vodka, gin, redstripe) closed at 10pm. Pillows were lumpy and room was subpar but you get what you pay for I guess. Beach was nice but security doesn't do much to ward off locals constantly harassing you to buy things.

People very friendly, place is kept very clean, the food is delicious, wide variety of food on buffe also menu, list of laces to visit around the area, taxis and driver ready to accommodate. Private drivers available through hotel very knowledgeable and very gentman like. Security at hotel 👍's up. Would stay there again! And would recommend to others!

Reception was not enclosed so in the pouring rain when checking in we couldn't sit down because all the chairs were wet. The music was too loud so couldn't sleep till after 3:30am when everything shut down. Food very basic and basic food choice. Not enough food available for the amount of people staying. The second day of my stay the cakes were cut in half and other foods were halved to go arround. Would never stay there again. Only good thing was the internet.

We had a great time during our stay. The staff was friendly and the food was okay. They serve a lot of the same thing in the all inclusive. Dinner seemed to be better. However, you can order off a menu if you don't want the buffet. The only problem we had is the office staff not be there at 8:00 like it states. Also, I was quoted a price for pick up from and to the airport and come to find out that was a one way quote. I was pissed about thay because I could have bought transportation from vacation express. I probably will not return to that side of Jamaica if I ever visit again. The hotel was 3 star out of 5.
