My wife and I recently were in Negril and had the pleasure of having dinner in the elevated Tiki hut. The views were fabulous and the dinner and service were excellent. Thank you for wonderful memories!!

Great rustic experience of Jamaica with 2 parrots for those who want to be pirates ! Good food in the restaurant overlooking the fantastic beach with white sand and crystal clear water and shades of blue to the horizon.

As a travel agent I pride my self in sending clients to a resort that offer great customer service. While the housekeeping is wonderful the front office is less than helpful. Over the last year I have booked at least 8 rooms. I was told when I first started booking that I would be paid a commission. This is normal in this industry. A year latter and at least 10 emails, I have yet to receive even an acknowledgment of my enails and commissions owed. I actually stood at the desk in the office and asked to speak to the manager and was denied - here's the kicker - they wouldn't even tell me the name or their email address of the manager!
I will NOT be booking or recommending this resort in the future. If they treat a travel agent this way that sends them business no telling how they would treat a client if they had a problem.

Our favorite new place in Negril, by far the nicest place we've stayed. The staff is the nicest. Be sure to stop in for a drink even if you are not staying here.

The room was good and well kept. Despite a mix-up with the booking they ensured that the issue was resolved. Nice beach side villa with a restaurant. Perfect for a quiet get away. Highly recommend!! Will visit again.

We asked to stay in one of the cottages because it had a fridge and cooking facilities however the bathroom and kitchen were in poor condition so we asked to be moved to another room which proved to be great. Because of the hot climate, it would be great if all the rooms had a small refrigerator - we were not interested in cooking, however it is very useful to be able to keep drinks cold during the day as you go back and forth from the beach. We loved that the property is right on the beach and that there is a hotel attendant there all day to make sure we were okay. We had a good time, the people in Negril were friendly, no one hassled us on the beach and there are a large number of really nice and reasonably priced eating venues within walking distance - we will be back next year!

My FAVORITE place on Seven Mile Beach! This was my introduction to life in Jamaica. The food great. The birds Buddy and Charlie are like family to me. The rooms are comfortable. I feel safe. I love the way the staff remembers me year after year. I love it there

Yesterday my Girlfriend and me had Lunch in Kuyabas. It was not good we have been there the second time on the first time 2 years before it was verry good.
We had to wait an hour for our food. We tooked curried chicken with rice and a beef wrap with house made sweet potato chips.
So my meal was cold by arriving after an hour. The rice was overcooked and not good, the curried chicken only tastes a little bit curried nothing else no spices.
The beefwrap was ok but too small for that money. The fries were not out of sweet potato they were from normal potato.
The fries sauce came when she finished her food after twenty minutes. We had nothing to drink and had to pay 4300 jamaican Dollar that is about 40 US. And it was the worst food on my trip to Jamaica Never again there.

We told the personal the problems but they dont help us. Sorry but this answer from the owner is discontent.
EVERY restaurant in Negril is better then this Tourist catching Restaurant.
What should help to inform the personal when the food tastes bad???? I never go there again

I'm so disappointed. I used my chip based chase sapphire reserve credit exactly ONE time on my entire trip to Jamaica to pay for my meal at the Kuyaba Hotel restaurant on 5/21/17. I definitely had a gut feeling that told me it was a bad idea but it was my last day of vacation and I was out of USD. Four days later I began seeing fraudulent charges on my credit card!!!! For sporting goods!!!! Some of their staff definitely appear to be dishonest. Not to mentioned the curried conch I had was not great!! Definitely not worth the hassle of now having to update every auto-pay account I have. Use cash only!!! Maybe even eat at a better restaurant.

    Love Kuyaba!
Rooms are clean & nice & freshly updated. Good strong shower & plenty of hot water. Great hanging chair on the balcony.
I stayed in a King Suite with a spa bathroom. Jacuzzi & very large open shower.
Housekeepers came daily & were very thorough. Nice ladies.
Beautiful grounds & shaded with lots of palm trees.
Quiet at night. Best I've slept in years.
Ocean front restaurant is right on the beach & fantastic food. Conch sauté is my favorite & the lobster is always perfect.
    Highly recommended.

DO NOT STAY AT KUYABA NEGRIL JAMAICA
The worst experience of my trip to Jamaica was booking kuyaba. I ended up taking a total loss and booking another hotel after being charged for one room and being given a cheaper room than paid, nothing but excuses and denial by hotel and staff. this place is a joke and will not have a successful future as a recommended hotel!! this place is horrible, the staff completely uneducated in hospitality. they apparently don't have a clue that people come to Jamaica for vacation.

ROACH MOTEL, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disgusting hotel with horrible customer service do not stay or eat here. The property looks nice on the outside but on the inside the rooms are very dated and the bathrooms disgusting. We found hair on the sheets, roaches on the property and in the rooms, ants all over the bathroom floor, and were woken up at 6 am because they were scraping the ceiling of the room next to us because of a nasty leak. The hotel staff and management is horrible, they kept moving us to different rooms and did not deliver on their promise to put our rooms side by side. Also wifi service had very poor connection. Do yourself a favor and actually enjoy your vacation by staying somewhere else. Don't eat at the restaurant either its overpriced for what it is.
