Great bird's eye view of city Kingston. Perched high away in the lush cool hills in St. Andrew. Quaint quiet secluded location. Nice hide away for private occasion especially small weddings & any such functions. Clean modest settings.

A very cozy location with an awesome of the city and the Caribbean Sea. The room i stayed in was clean and I met the owner who was very pleasant. The location has a rustic feeling to it, which to me was a plus. Nice location for weddings - just not a large one. My only negative was that not much staff seems to be there. This I think because it's more of a house converted into a small hotel. Nevertheless the rooms and the bathroom I stayed in was huge.

This is a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city as it lies just on the outskirts of Kingston. It has some awesome views and the food and service here is very good.

This is room 2. Nice city view from the balcony but that's all it was. The room was filthy, dusty, musty. Stayed for 3 days and basically only slept there. Nice property nice location pleasant staff. Poor management.

Very pleasant staff and our room attended *Cutie* was awesome. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and I was not impressed at all, he speaks ill of his workers. Very nice property that overlook the city as the name states but living space is deplorable and I have posted a few pictures to prove. The pictures posted on their website of the rooms are a lie. Very outdated and not maintained. Mildew in bathroom, on the night of our arrival it seems like the room was not even prepped for us. Musty when me entered and dusty floors, thank goodness for the balcony cause we had to sleep with the balcony doors open to air it out. The gate as a buzzer system so whenever you leave the property you have to be let back in, we sat outside the gate one night for about 30mins before someone responded.
Bottom line if you want a catered event lovely place for it as far as somewhere to rest your head it's not worth it.

January 1, 2017 was an awesome experience at City View the union of Mr. & Mrs. Clarke. The staff, food ambiance was truly a wonderful experience. Mr. Bent you truly have a national treasure. Tashana from start to finish you were there guiding us through. You and team are one in a million. Excellent service, great food and view. Thank you guys for a wonderful time.
