  Brilliant not what you expect. Cable car to the top, we're you find local dancers, dancing, shops, bar, and lots of other cool stuff. Worth every penny.

  The employees minus one were amazing. They made the whole experience very enjoyable. The bobsled was fun and very fast if you go down connected to another passenger. The zip lining was okay. The guides were fantastic but you couldn't do much on the lines and they were short and not too exciting. I would skip zip lining next time. There were zero hummingbirds in the hummingbird garden. The pool had an amazing view. The slide was very slow unless you lay down and arch your back firmly.

  If I had to choose one word to describe the Customer Service received during our recent interactions with the team at Mystic Mountain, it would be AWESOME!!! In our recent planning of a sweet 16th adventurous weekend getaway for my daughter and her close friends, we explored the offerings in Ocho Rios and close vicinity. We had numerous activities to choose from and our shortlist included Mystic Mountain. However, from the initial contact, the Sales Agent conversations exuded a genuine feeling of interest and wanting to understand my needs. Each clarification was promptly addressed by email and with follow-up calls that came with such excitement that you had no choice but to feed off the positive energies. True example of going above and beyond on the job. Kudos Nancy! In our face-to-face meeting, I felt like I knew you long time.
  
  Then when we arrived on the property on Thursday April 4, 2018, we noted a common thread. From the security guard who greeting us as our group of 18 arrived and parked in the parking lot, the cashier who patiently processed our payment, the agents that briefed the group on the ground rules, the tour guide that guided us onto the Sky Explorer ride to take us into the adventure park, the Bobsled agent that boarded the group members onto the rides, the waiters who served us at the bar while the teenagers frolicked in the pool and on the water slide, the team at customer service desk inside the park, the Director who made us feel extra special when he came to greet the group, the decorators who created the awesome backdrop of purple and pink balloons for our Birthday girl and most definitely the Chef and his team; in executing their duties, they ALL displayed customer service extraordinaire !!! An amazing feeling.
  
  Nancy, I am so happy you were the voice i met at the end of the line during my initial call. The girls have an absolutely wonderful time.
  I am never one to write reviews, but had to take timeout of my busy schedule to express my gratitude. The features of the park were great and the service, sheer AWESOMENESS! All the best to you and your team. We will definitely be back!

  Amazing! The staff are very pleasant and jovial at times. They always made sure that we are alright and having the best time while they give they top notch service. The food is very delicious and drink menu is very diverse. The scenery on the Sky Explorer is beautiful and shows an amazing view of the shoreline.

  The Jamaican Bobsled Ride is one of the most exciting rides I’ve been on (and I’m including many huge coasters I’ve experienced). Just make sure who ever is sitting in the front, hold the two bobsled levers all the way forward (even if your spouse is screaming at you to slow down :-) You will be amazed at how fun this ride truly is. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a short ride, but still well worth it. I wish I had bought a few ride tickets to go on this more than once.

  I had such a great time. The staff was great. You didn't just get knowledgeable individuals, you had fun individuals. Shout out to Dwight and Jason on the zip line course. The bobsled, zip line, and sky explorer are all great things.

  Fun place! Bobsled ride is really short, and is more about the experience. The tram is beautiful. The restaurant is average the pork was overcooked and dry. The zip lining was excellent. Shout out to the crew!

  Definitely a place to go to get your heart rate going. From the very beginning to the end you will have a blast. Cons about this place is for the price they should at least allow you to take some rides more than once.

  Amazing experience. Stop by the fruit stand & purchase some local sugar cane, and taste the coconut water. Lunch at the top was great also. Jerk chicken,rice, & salad. Rum punch was yummy too.

  Really fun! Great pool and water slide, although the pool is small. Decent menu at the restaurant. Good cultural exposure. Didn't try the bobsled or zipline, but they both looked really fun!

  Amazing place, the Bobsled is a must. Scenic to the top of the mountain, and then a wide choice of things to do. Food in the restaurant was great. Worth every penny.

  Worth every penny and more. Visited on 30 Nov which was my birthday, the two lads who went around with us called Stephen and Garrett on the zip lines were incredible. So funny and genuine. Laughed so much and was treated like a star. Can't recommend it enough. Did the whole lot, zip line, chair lift and bobsled Awesome, best part of my holiday and would do it again in a heartbeat.

  I took the chair lift up to the top of the mountain. Beautiful scenery n picturesque greenery and lush vegetation. You can view the sea as well but you do not cross any waters. After the chair lift we did a course on the bobsled which felt like a roller coaster controlled by you! However for the expensive ticket price we should’ve been able to go on it at least 3 times and not just once. The zip lining was thrilling but I wish the lines were longer. The last line had the best view where you could see the sea at a distance. This excursion is expensive and you will need bug spray! It’s a nice way to experience the Jamaica outback!

  Loved it. Was at first terrified of the heights on the sky lines, but after I got over it. The bobsled is fast and fun. Loved the little 'bird park' and the food was okay.

  - The price of the bobsled isn't worth ittoo much for too little. That being said, as Caribbean national s we got the local rate which isn't bad So I'll say that the price is okay at best.
  
  -The "sky tram" that takes you up gives you the opportunity to see Ocho Rios from an aerial perspective. Takes 15 minutes to reach the top and the views are absolutely top notch. I'd do it againn again.
  
  - There are gift shops at the summit where you can stock up on your souvenir.
  
  - The bobsled trip is very short! Too short for the price you pay, but enjoyable nonetheless.
  
  - The infinity pool is overlooking Ocho Rios You can soaked in pool hundreds of feet above sea level while looking down at the beatiful beaches and the cruise ship terminal. all that and a water slide to boot! A.m.a.z.i.n.g
  
  - There is a restaurant on your way to the lookout point above the pool and the view is sweet! To make it even better, the customer service was so refreshing.
  
  All in allI rate this place high on my list of Caribbean activities. If you are in Ocho Rios and looking for a bit of funGet there.

  My son had an amazing time on the Jamaican bobsled ride. The staff was excellent in making sure the rider is secure, and has a full understanding of the operational aspects of the bobsled, as it is a manually operated ride, nothing automated. They were also there to assist once the ride is over.
  It is a bit on the pricey side, but, you're on vacation, and you may never have the opportunity to experience it again, so, it isn't a big deal.
  There can also be long lines to ride, so, you have to strategically plan when you take your ride. When I paid for my son to ride, he had a zero minute wait. He played in the infinity pool, and enjoyed the waterslide before riding.

  Friendly, knowledgeable staff. We had a blast! Ziplining, bobsledding down the mountain on a track like a roller coaster, the pool at the top of the mountain with the slide & breathtaking view. Will definitely be back!

  The tour was great and I love every minute of it. I would have given it a 5 star if we didn't have to wait on more people to arrive before we did the airline but I suppose it makes sense to do a group instead of two.Love all the rides however, they were greatoh yeah the cost for the photos the take is way too expensive though. I had no intention of paying $2000 for one photo. That would be $6000 for all 3 photoes taking the 3 rides. Plus if you take others.imagine that.

  This was a good experience. The Sky-explorer is my favorite b\cus I really enjoyed all the scenery. We also did the bobsled which was pretty cool, I let my boyfriend drive it, and it goes pretty much. I was not expecting that at all.
  
  The zip lining was short but sweet, again, I loved the scenery. If someone who is scared of heights and/or trying zip lining for the first time, I would recommend this one. B\cus I did not feel it was too high and the distance in between each one, was like 30 seconds each. So definitely not long.

  What a great time. Loved the zipline and bobsled. Guides on zipline were great with their jokes and stories. They went out of their way to help make those who were truly scared feel more secure and comfortable. Would love to go back again next time we are around.

  The pool and restaurant have amazing view of the Ocho Rios landscape and the ocean. Operation hours are short (11-4) and not enough to really explore and enjoy the place. They should offer some rooms for overnight stay. Restaurant food so so. A lot in the menu are not available. But it offers some fun adventures. The cable ride alone was so memorable.

  The place was super busy. We were there in August 2016. We went for lunch whilst our 15 year old son did the zip lining. The bob sled was great. Really fast and would have liked to go again but didn't know how to buy a ticket. You can buy an expensive photo of you in the bob sled if you wish. We didn't as it was too much. Great views and swimming pool with slide. There are good sized outdoor changing rooms you can use.

  Had so much fun on the zip line and bobsled we also went with the lift. Ps if you go there the lift may seem like the railing can go out of the way but it can't.the lift goes very high and you can see a lot of the cruse ships. The lift is kind of like ski resort lifts that bring you up to the top of the mountain but it has rails on the front. The rails are very secure and trust me it's a nice view. There is also a pool with a water slide. One of the 2 pools has a whirlpool in it which powers the slide. Hope you have fun Jamaican style .

  Lovely place. Fun for the whole family. The bobsled ride was awesome. You cab go as fast or as slow as you want. fast is definately more fun. The ride up to the mountains takes you through the forest and there are lots of opportunities for some good photos. I highly recommend
