4* Hotel though overall rooms and breakfast more fitting of a 3*. Bed very comfy and room very quiet.

Horrible experience here, the staff was rude about our included breakfast and divided us based on "groups" even though it was the same breakfast. Also it was 90+ degrees Fahrenheit and the air conditioning didn't work. The front boasts 4 stars, if I could give it less than 1 I would.

Hotel was very clean and accommodating! Pretty from far major attractions such as the Coloseum (45 mins walk). Hotel room did not have AC as advertised and the street was very noisy from car horns.

Nice place to stay with good breakfast, but it's a 1hr walk to the city centre.
Also, there was a 6E / pers / night city tax. That can add up, quite a bit, during a week stay, for a couple of persons.

Good breakfast amazing croissant's ,good room service ,very good location 50m from best pizza 100m from amazing coffe and gelato , and 50m from nearest metro station.Only minus is there is not allowed iron for the room this service is charged and the hot water comes in 5 minutes.
