A very clean, modern and beautiful hotel: clean rooms, good personnel, very good breakfast choice. Easy to reach from "Firenze Rifredi" train station, even by foot, and a 10 minutes cab ride from downtown Florence.

This Hotel is suitable for 2-3 days for tourists only. It is difficult to stay for long days. The Hotel claims to be 4 star standard but doesn't have swimming pool, spa and adequate room facilities. The laundry charges are very high and the internet speeds are poor. The restaurant serves only limited dishes and obviously it is costly. Above all, in comparison to Hotel fare and other facilities the grading is just Average.

It is a nice place after you figure out how everything works in the room. Not very intuitive use of simple things like the toilet room's door knob and other things (I won't spoil it to you guys. It is really fun figuring out how these rooms work). Staff is really friendly and nice. Good place to stay.

Lovely hotel clean, comfortable until 4.45am if you're in Room 140,that's when the kitchen starts working for breakfast. Don't expect to sleep after that. Avoid booking Room 140 very noisy

Ottimo hotel in una posizione strategica. Ampio parcheggio per tutti i tipi di veicolo. Stanze pulite e confortevoli in bagno presenti tutti i beni di prima necessità. Colazione con vasta scelta è personale gentile. Ci torneremo

Staff was great but the hotel was extremely dreary. Somehow I booked a room with a single bed. It was the beginning of the winter period but was not yet time for the hotel to turn on the central heating.

Practical location for business travels and leisure time too. Clean and spacious rooms, plenty of choice at breakfast and very kind service. Can only recommend it.

Good place, clean rooms. Its gates and seems very safe and secure. Good dinner. Bedsheet in the rooms werent the best material, cause static electricity and were rough. But overall a decent place.
