Room is small, but cozy. Pool is gorgeous, grounds are gorgeous. Hotel restaurant is absolutely incredible. No hot tub on property or tub in the room. EDIT: There is actually a hot tub that we found after this review was posted. It's hidden in the Spa.

Hotel room for my wife and I is great. I also booked 5 other rooms and one of those was added later. They put that person in a cheaper room without an explanation. Had to request a change to get them moved to the level of room that we prepaid for. Restaurant meal on first night was ok food wise. Service was horrible. We were mostly ignored. Took over 3 hours for a 3 course meal and we had to walk out 20 mins after desert was complete just to get the waiter to close out our check. Never again Breakfast was a buffet and had plenty of selection.

Very friendly staff. The Location is full of surprises and renovated with Love for the history of the building. Good Restaurant where you can dine in a romantic Location. Perfect starting point for Trips around the tuscany. Indoor Pool on Site. Outdoor Pool belonging to the Hotel is around the corner.

Fanciest hotel I have ever been in. Some rooms don't have people above / below you.

Ho passato uno dei week end più magici e belli della mia vita . Una struttura magica che ti fa rivivere la storia con i suoi profumi e le sue stanze magnificamente arredate. Per nn parlare poi del personale cortese e disponibile . La SPA con la signora Anna gentile e preparata , e poi il tour all'interno del castello spiegato in modo splendido tanto che sembrava di sentire i personaggi della storia ancora girare in quelle stanze . Sono stata una regina anche se per pochi giorni . Tornerò sicuramente . Grazie davvero .

The location is good, the train station can be reached in ten minutes on foot and the atmosphere is relaxing and enchanting. The rooms are big and with all what is needed.

The bad side is services seem somehow lacking there is a spa center, but it's opened only from 5pm, we asked for breakfast in the room and it is not available, renting services in the area are poor, no possibility to rent a scooter or a motorbike and it is better to rent a car in advance if you don't want to have it at 4pm of the day you ask for it.
