We booked for 2 persons 3 nights on Expedia, however we were told on arrival that booking is paid only for 1 person 3 nights. After talking to Expedia and waiting over an hour we settled by paying additional €36 (excluding breakfast cost). Bathroom shower and tap mixer didn't work. Always dispensed too hot or too cold water. Lift is paid service every up/down though €0.10 only. Room and amenities were clean and fair internet speed.

Water clogging bathrooms, not so good breakfast, no heating units, the bathroom fitings not working well. They trikked to get more money after paying in prepaid for two and in our booking email it was clearly mentioned 2 adults still they trikked us paying for 1 adult . I called expedia and somehoe after waiting for 1 hr they agreed on 26 euro more and they will allow us to stay. No one wants this tricking hotel owners on the vacation. Stay away from this place

Great breakfast buffet. Good location - near the train station. Some of the front desk customer service could be better, depends on the person who serves you.
