Not what you would expect from a "resort" or a "spa".

The Good:. The Hotel had great views over the city and the ocean. The rooms were clean and in good shape. They also offered a car service to the city center that was very convenient.

Room for Improvement:. The rooms are a bit Spartan. Water is in the room fridge for 8 Euros ( buy some in the city!)! There is a hot tub, but no privacy. Skip the free breakfast Not sure what the yellow things were but they were not eggs. The free OJ is worse than Tang, which is a shame in that there is such good fresh OJ available.

We will not stay here again.

If I could post less than one star than I would.. where do I even start? I booked this hotel with high hopes of it being the highlight of our trip to italy. Did a lot of research and found this place had what we were looking for without breaking the bank. well it was a good thing I called them the DAY BEFORE CHECK IN to see if they could take us a couple hours early because the CANCELLED MY RESERVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!!! They proceeded to tell me that they have no idea what happened to our booking and tried to charge me more than DOUBLE for my room. After feeling completely helpless and ready to cry because I just traveled across the world for the first time and had no where to stay, I got no where with them. I called Orbitz who I used to book this hotel and they told me that it was the HOTEL who cancelled our booking on us. Sounds like a bunch of scammers at this so called "Resort" I ended up booking a hotel that was SOOOOOOOOO beautiful I actually was happy Palazzo Marzoli Resort screwed me over because I not only found a hotel with much better ratings and reviews but they gave me a deal because how poorly palazzo treated us! If your looking for a hotel actually worth your money and a priceless view, DO NOT BOOK AT THE PALAZZO MARZOLI RESORT!!!!!!!
You must visit RESIDENTS VILLA YARA about 3 min away and 100% better and such a wonderful staff. PALAZZO MARZOLI RESORT ARE SCAMMERS!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! I AM/WILL BE TELLING ALL MY CLIENTS WHO TRAVEL THERE WHAT HAPPENED AND TO NEVER EVER EVER BOOK WITH YOU GUYS AND TO SPREAD THE WORD HERE IN NEW YORK, USA

The view was stunning. The room was adequate. The staff was rude, especially Danielle the desk clerk. The shuttle was always late and very unreliable. They require you to leave your room key at desk so you don't lose it.

Place was great but the staff didn't explain the way the breakfast worked properly. Ended up paying over 100 euros for breakfast for 3 days . Going back to positano this August but won't be here. Grounds and property was beautiful though along with the service. Too bad..

My wife and i loved it beautiful hotel clean great view it was disappointing with the owners that rip you off,it was an experience that i will never forget how small minded they are.
We needed a taxi to the airport she the owner had said that we had to pay an amount that i will not disclose as the taxis were all booked,she asked me to pay her for the taxi as that is how it is there that they have an account with the driver.
It so happens that the taxi was the same that my wife and i had used days earlier when he took us from the beach to the hotel , he recognized us ,he asked me what she the owner charged us for the taxi fare when i told him he was so furious as the fee was 3 times more than she gave him he said that people like her give the tourists a bad name .
This lady and her husband own the Hotel it so happens that she is greedy and dishonest and small minded we stayed there one week ,our friends were going to stay there this year after we told them about the place they chose to stay elswhere.

We will never stay there again

이곳은 해변쪽이 아니라 포지타노 거의 윗쪽에 위치하고 있습니다. 저희는 sea view에 머물렀는데 방은 예쁘고 넓습니다. 당연히 전망도 좋고, 아침식사는 주문서에 음료를 체크하면 러스크1개와 빵1개랑 같이 방 발코니로 가져다줍니다. 맛이나 내용은 그냥 호텔 조식 뷔페가 훨~ 낫습니다. 여기 조식은 그냥 분위기를 즐기기 위한 것이라고 생각하심이 맞을 것 같아요. 그리고 wifi는 하루에 10유로인데, 저희는 비싸서 못쓰겠다고 고민했더니 우린 2박했는데 그냥 하루만 무료로 해줬습니다.
