Great location and staff but be aware of rooms looking into Gallery - football played inside Gallery with very loud noise until 1am will keep you awake.

Very central location, classic environment. Quiet rooms at night that can be made really dark for those with light sleep.
Not easy to find, though: Entrance is located in the center of the Galleria, south-west side. Go through the iron gate (small sign on the gate, you have to ring a bell if gate is closed). Then take the elevator to the 4th floor. Elevator needs 10 Cent coin to operate during weekday business hours (other times free). Breakfast has a great variety of cakes and great coffee, but only two types of toast for bread. Buffet is not always replenished, but if you're flexible, you'll never leave hungry. Rooms are richly decorated (see pictures on website) and clean. We stayed there for four nights and would go again.

Dont know why google reviewers rated this hotel poorly. It is a very nice hotel with a superb location. Very nice rooms and friendly & helpful staff. The Galleria did get noisy at night but it stops relatively early once shoppers have gone home.

2 STAR AT BEST, poor service, very noisy rooms over galleria, poor breakfast, the list goes on, DON'T GO !.
