We were treated royally by all the eng italian/english speaking courteous staff.
The bartender was excellent and helped us crash perfectly for a restful night before an early flight back to jfk in New York oct 28th 2017. We enjoyed the restaurant and its prices. Excellent service and good local wine and food.
The bartender was A1 and could work in any lounge of N Y C. He was from Montenegrothe young man who greeted us at the desk who lived in fla. as a boy(forgot his name), also very helpful. I forgot my adapter for the phone and he loaned us the correct one,
which was so helpful.
The next morning at 6 a.m. we needed taxi to airport and bkfst was not ready yet. The morning desk man personally made my husband and i a great espresso each. Thank you to all.
We will definitely return when we fly again through Napoli to Bari in May.

Location is conveniently close to car rentals and airport. McDonald's is right around the corner. Breakfast is very basic continental. It's rather 3 stars hotel than 4 starts. Shampoo and conditioner they provide is actually very good. Room was clean. Ancient air conditioners installed.

This is a scam !
Horrible stay here with an ice age old room decoration and bathroom. If only it had been at least a bit clean
Clearly not the standing of the star rating and believe me that the staff in the evening is as creepy and unpleasant as the place.

Stayed there overnight to catch an early morning flight. Decent rooms and was well maintained. Very courteous staff at the reception. They reserved cabs for us to go out in the night as well as for the airport. It is just 8 min drive to the airport. Since we had an early morning flight, they have us breakfast to-go. Would recommend for travelers.

Adequate for what it is; an airport stopover when you need proximity to the terminal. You can actually walk there from the airport - it will take you 10-15 mins, and the area is kind of rough - but it's doable.
The location is not pretty, but again, that's probably not what your looking for around here. If you're renting a car it is just across from all the major companies.
Rooms were surprisingly well equipped and updated, but nothing fancy.
All in all very convenient at good value, close to airport and car rental companies. Recommended.response / report this review -

Convenient for one night if you take an early flight, not more.
Room was fine, except for acoustic insulation, that was terrible. I could hear when room neighbors took showers. Besides, when it rains, it sounds like the whole building is collapsing. They have this very rain-noisy ceiling window.
In the restaurant, they do not serve coffee after the meal. I had to fetch it myself at the bar which is right next to it.
They claim to be 4 stars, which is way overrated.

The hotel is clean enough but my shower could have been loads cleaner and the shower head need changed. The food is very poor served on chipped plates absolutely not 4* at a stretch 1* and that's being generous. On the plus side the hotel is nice to walk into and staff are polite and helpful.

Good for what it is. Quick nap before an early flight out of Naples. Room was clean, amenities offered. Walls are thin if you are a light sleeper get one at the end of the hall. Solid choice considering that the Department of Defense puts US military staff here on transit.

Quite a dive. Not sure why it is a 4 star hotel! From the tiny room to the locked safe to the long black hairs in the shower from a previous guest this hotel failed to be 4 star in any respect. We ate in the restaurant and had a meal if burnt chicken with no vegetables.
One good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the car hire return and airport. Probably best staying somewhere else though.response / report this review -

Convenient place to stay near the Napoli airport. We had to catch an early flight. Returned from a soccer match, got a couple drinks before bed, then flew out early the next morning. The shower was a bit wonky to use. Everything else was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
