Nice room, amazing team that made us feel at home all the time. The neighborhood however is dirty and seemed dangerous. I saw a lot of pickpockets in action just across the street.

Clean, in central location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be a little bigger, hence 4 stars. Otherwise - recommended.

Great location less than a 5 minute walk to the train station. The room was basic but clean. Would have like to have seen tea or coffee facilities. The room also had a nice balcony. Overall I would recommend this hotel it is great value for money.

Hotel and room were very nice. Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. There was even a dog (named Garibaldi!) hanging around who was cute and friendly. The hotel was a quick walk from the trainstation, however it a 20-35 minutes from some of the main areas of the city and didn't seem to be in the nicest part of town. Overall, though, we were very pleased, especially for the price.

Very decent gem of a hotel mainly because it's located very near Napoli Centrale train station in the middle of Garibaldi Square. Rooms are clean, on the 2nd and 3rd floor and you have a balcony. Continental breakfast was decent but the best thing was the staff will bend over backwards to ensure your stay is enjoyable and keep you safe. Area around the hotel can be quite overwhelming for newcomers but once you get used to finding your way around, it's ok. Use the Alibus from the airport to get there cause its only 4 euro. A cab will run you upwards to 35€.

We stayed in this lovely hotel in June 2009 and we were there with another couple and we really enjoyed it, and the 2 brothers running it were so helpful in everything we needed. If we go to Naples again we will definately stay there, and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay .
