hi my freind
i were at this holtel about 8 month ago
befor i went there from the picture of the hotel i thought there is a big and tidy hotel but when i saw the fact i undrestand that this hotel has two part with diffrent bulding .
the personel are not very polite and the rooms are too small and dark and the breakfast is very simple.
at all i dont advice any people lose the money and there are too many better hotel than this.response / report this review -

Bad service
There was people partying all night long next to our room. Screaming, and running around, we told the people at the reception, I talked with a man, he told me he would take care of this but he did nothing.. At the end I was talking with the manager and she's been really unrespectful, she said that we never came to do our complain (wich is not true) she said that because of the inconvenient , we would have to pay the city taxes and finally , hours later , she charged us the taxes on our credit card.. She was literaly laughing at us.
And just so you know, the rooms are not clean, bad smell , and the house keeper came at 8 am to knock on our door.

Very mediocre experience. From the moment we arrived, we were given the wrong key twice. When we finally arrived in our room, the shower joint was broken, the window wouldn't close which meant that the AC didn't start. When we left for dinner, someone said they'd come fix the window, something which wasn't done and we had to do ourselves upon coming back at 11pm (23h). On top of all that, the room was not well maintained with marks on the walls, broken sofa and more. Furthermore, there is a safe available but it is tiny and requires a deposit of 10 euros.

Incredibly comfortable, quiet and so close to everything! The courtyard and garden felt like such a luxury. ( to have in Venice ) & provided much welcome oasis and solitude from the tourist hordes, & the " grind " that can sometimes be part of a Venetian visit. really pleasant. I stayed in Fall of 2004. rooms were appointed in a lovely manner. I loved the 18th century homages and tidbits in the decor. Service was the utmost gracious and elegant.

We stayed in a double room. Facilities are dated and basic in a traditional style, well kept, clean and beautifully decorated and carpeted. Gorgeous chandelier lights. Nice view over the courtyard and eating area. Buffet breakfast included, with an option to eat outside, as is WIFI and a 24hr bar.

The room has a horrible Design, with different Muster on wallpaper, Floor, Coach, etc. Everything was old and Not working properly. We stayed in a 4 people room which was basically a 2 persons room with a Coach that was turned into a stockbed. This really looked Dangerous, i would Not even recommend it for children. We ended up sleeping on the Floor. The breakfast was reall cheap. The bread was hard and nothing fresh. For 90 € the room it was really a Joke. Sorry.

Old-fashioned rooms. Good location. Unfortunately we found some insects in our bed, and the reception staff didn't seem at all concerned when informed..

Beautiful sitting area outside and a lovely short walk to the canal. Rooms are very old school (in a good way) and cosy.
There's a bar next door and a good decently priced restaurant near by.
It's a fair walk from the station but you can get a water taxi without too much hassle.response / report this review
