I liked the hotel. The room and service were good. I think the prize for the service and room was great. The rooms were nice and charming. The breakfast wasn't that big and selective but enough to fill your stomach for a Venice exploration before lunch. A good place to leave your stuff and belongings when you go and explore Venice. I recommend this place.

The hotel is not large but beautifully appointed, the staff could not have made us feel more welcome and being on the Giudecca the hotel was blissfully quiet, away from the hustle ands bustle of the main island.
The hotel had little wifi and the area little 3G, for me a joy to escape technology for a day or two.

Wifi only available in lobby. Restuarant only serves breakfast. Helpful friendly staff. Great restaurants close by. Very peaceful.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast sufficient to start the day well. Only complaint is that WiFi is only available in the reception area and we found the room a little chilly on the first night.

Horrible place. Not only did we find bugs in room, but toilet had no seat for women to sit and just a plastic cover. Then the beds with a pillow that was more like a door mat on a board of wood. The shower leaked all over floor because shower head was broke, and only a curtain contained the water which went all over the bathroom. We had to check out early for reasons other than the quality of the place and they charged for entire stay!! Poor customer service considering the low quality accomodations. Its more like a hostel or dorm suitable for college kids. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a better hotel. Cant believe they get 4.2 stars. Would give it zero if possible.

Hotel was fine. Quick walk to vaporetto stop and Giudecca had its charms. Only bad part was our room was basement like with one window at street level. Wifi just in lobby. Staff helpful

without wifi on the room ((( It's very bad for people who want have beer and use wifi on the room. But rooms very comfortable. personal very hospitality. I recommend you this hotel
