Friendly staff, delicious food, fantastic views. Beds are not very comfortable, air conditioning could be better and the wifi in room doesn't really work.

Disappointed.
This place looked good from the reviews, and I can't believe what I'm reading. Perhaps the chef had a night off and the cleaning ladies were cooking, because my pasta meal stank like fish and my wife's risotto was inedible, undercooked rice, and very average flavour.
Sure, location is great, it has a great view, perched up on a hill, and the service is also quite good. The place is also incredibly clean Apart from our shower.
Also the WiFi codes are for one device only.
The walk to the beach is about a 12 minute stair-fest, which is fine, as long as you're not in a wheelchair I guess.
Overall disappointed and we're leaving early. If you're used to 3 star rooms and average food, you'll probably be happy here. Moving on to sorrento instead. Hopefully we have more luck.response / report this review -

Stayed there in January 2014. One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. WONDERFUL.

Amazing view. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Reasonable price. Although wi-fi at the room did not work as promissed, the wi-fi at the lobby was free and working.
